ever since you and inumaki started dating, things were ten times better than before.

even though he couldn't speak due to his curse speech, that didn't block the chemistry you guys had. you already love him.. so, what more did you need?

"you have to go?" you asked.

"salmon.." he sadly replied as he nodded.

you scooted a little closer to him and rested your head on his shoulder. the silence slowly grew louder and louder.

not that you didn't mind though.

suddenly he got up and gave you a hug. his arms were wrapped around your figure. he held you as close as he can, as if he didn't want to let you go. you were a little startled since it was unexpected and you could tell he wanted to say something.

"it's okay.. i'll see you around, right?" you said.

he broke the hug and said "salmon" with his enthusiasm in it.

you smiled and watched the male leave. before he did, he sticked a post-it note on your door and left abruptly.  you were confuse by his actions but slightly sprinted to the small post-it. as you read the note, your heart was overwhelmed by the affectionate and sweetness he had said in the note.

"don't be sad, my love ~ i'll see you tomorrow! ^^ sweet dreams + love you and always."

you pressed his endearing note close to your heart and flopped to the floor.  gosh, can he get any cuter?

ever since that night, he decided and —sweared on his life— that he would forevermore write you these cute love notes as long as he lives.

usually after missions, he would put cute messages on your dorm door, making your heart burst in joy.

some were written like ;; — "you were so amazing out there! that's what i love about you. you're so strong-willed."

when you're sad, he would leave a bunch of encouragement notes on your door, saying like—
"you're beautiful, don't forget." , "things may be sad but i will always stand by your side till the day i die, i love you [y/n]"

or when he randomly wants to compliment you! that's the best love notes anyone could receive. he usually write something like— "i love when you put your hair up, it shows all your perfections and imperfections. and it reminded me why i fell in love with you in the first place."
or
"hey, the moon is beautiful..isn't it? not me telling you i love you.. but i do <3"

you collected all the notes he had written and put them in a safe area.

"toge." you started.

"salmon?" he asked.

"you're super cute." you said. causing him to blush at your sweet words.

you wrapped your arms around his neck and showered him with kisses.

"tuna tuna." he suddenly said.

you stopped wondering what he wanted you to look at. then, he pointed at your lips and placed his thumb on your bottom lip, slowly caressing it. you knew what he wanted and will gladly consent to it.

you began to close your eyes, knowing what's coming next. he moved his hand to your cheek and cupped it. you felt his warmth and softness on your cheek and being the impatient person you are, you slightly pulled him close to you and your lips touched with his.

his eyes widen by the sudden action but rolled with it. he slowly kissed you as he cupped both of your cheeks, slowly rubbing circles with his thumbs.
the sensation was ticklish but it was a nice feeling.

you wrapped your arms around his shoulders and pressed him closer.  you could feel his smile during the sweet, tender kiss you had shared with him.

the kiss didn't last long as you both pulled away to breathe a little.

after catching your breath, inumaki roughly placed a note on your forehead causing you fall on your bed.

"t-toge!? what was that fo—" you stopped in mid-sentence.

"tuna." he interrupted.

"f-focus?" i said in confusion.

he pointed at the note on your forehead. since you were curious, you ripped out the note from your forehead and read what he wrote.

"i know i can't speak, but there are so many words i want to say to you in this very moment.  like the way you make me smile every time you speak... i love your undying passion of justice and your patience you have.  you understand me for me and that's why i love you. i fell for you cause you are you. so even if i can't say it verbally— i will show it physically. affectionately. so take this kiss as my appreciate and gratitude for being in my life. i love you [y/n]. i truly do."

even if he can't speak out of his free will, he will do anything he can to tell you how he feels about you.
