I wait by our usual bench in the park, the place we agreed to meet, looking down at my phone again to check the time.

5:30PM

'why is he late'  I say to myself before hearing another voice behind me,

"why is who late?"

I look behind me to see him walking towards me. I look at him in annoyance before hitting his shoulder making him hiss in pain,

"what was that for!?" he asks rubbing his shoulder to ease the pain,

"why are you late? we said to meet up at 5:00 not 5:30" I answer his question in an aggitated tone,

He disregards the question, changing the topic simultaneously,

"anyway, shall we go?" he says with a smile walking ahead of her, who is outraged by his behaviour but lets it slide as they have something inportant to discuss.

The two enter a cafe that was nearby the park and walk to a table furthest to the back so no one can disturb them. He sits opposite her, looking at her with serious eyes, the girl doing the same.

"So, what did you want to talk about? you're the one who wanted to meet me" she says obviously annoyed by the amount of people around the cafe"

He looks down for a moment, as if he is hesitant to speak. Seeing this from him, she calms down and waits patiently for him to talk,

" you were right..." were the words that escaped from his shaky lips. Confused, she decided to push for more information,

"what do you mean I was right? Right about what?"

"You were right... I do have feelings for her..."
