You weren't sure who to turn to anymore. Your room was empty majority of the time now that Jennie, Jimin and Jungkook were off your visitors list. Hoseok came the following day and he tried his best to stay for as long as he could.

"What should I do, Hoseok?"

"I heard. Jimin couldn't stop crying to me about it over our dinner. In regards to the surgery, follow your heart. It's your life, (Y/N). Do what you want to do because it's ultimately your choice. Not mine, not Jennie's, not Jimin's. It's your decision and as your friend, I'm going to support you." Hoseok slumped down in the bench next to you. Since you didn't have people to preoccupy you in your room, you asked if you could spend time outside in the hospital park.

It helped with mobility and more fresh air. Other patients did their morning exercise and visitors' children played on the structures. The greenery added some color in your dull cancerous life since you saw nothing but gray before.

You spoke gently, "Thanks Hoseok... I don't know why I snapped that day. I was sick of it all, the fighting, the yelling, the distrust, everything. I am tired, so exhausted, with dealing with everything negative in my life. I don't have enough time for this anymore, Hoseok."

"(Y/N), you do not have to justify this to me. I understand why you did what you did. We all do."

You peered up at Hoseok with sad, glossy eyes. "I should hate Jimin and Jennie. I should hate them for all the times they've left me alone, for all the neglect and miscommunication. It was the right choice to have them out of my life... but... but why do I still hurt?"

Hoseok placed a hand on your knee, "it's because you still love them."

"I hate that I do. Why am I waiting for them to finally give a fuck about me? Why do I want them so much, Hobi!?"

"Has anyone told you what happened between Jimin and Jennie?" Hoseok stared at you, unsure as to how he should proceed.

"No, but do I really care at this point? I heard them imply what happened when they were yelling at each other like I wasn't even there." You groaned.

"I think you might want to know." Hoseok's eyes fell upon an approaching figure and he slowly got up.

"Hoseok... what is it?" You asked, worried.

"It's Jisoo." He whispered as a young woman came up to you two at the bench. She had her purse in hand and red lipstick that lined her pout. She looked almost like a doll with her porcelain features and slim figure.

"Jisoo." You said under your breath as her aura took every breath out of your lungs.

She smoothed her black, luscious hair out of her face with curled bangs that framed it. "Hello, are you (Y/N)?" Her voice was light and airy.

"Yes.. who are you?" You asked, even though you knew the answer.

"I'm Jisoo." She smiled, but disappeared when she saw Hoseok sit back down protectively next to you.

"What are you doing here, Jisoo?" Hoseok snapped.

Jisoo chuckled, "it's none of your business. Who are you? Her boyfriend? Jennie said she was in a polyamorous relationship, but I don't remember hearing your name in it."
