The deafening blast of the hairdryer made it so Cul never heard her girlfriend sneak up behind her, even though she was sat in front of a full-length mirror. Cul wiggled the hairdryer in an attempt to dry her soaking hair at least a little faster, but only succeeded in almost burning Flower's face off.

Despite that, Flower still managed to give Cul a little kiss on the cheek.

Cul loved showers, and she didn't know anyone who didn't. They were so warm and soothing, and the water hitting her skin was one of the only things that would calm her down, but drying her hair was always the worst part. What felt likes hours wasted on just holding a hairdryer next to her head... It never failed to piss her off.

As soon as Flower had settled herself behind Cul, burying her face into the back of Cul's wet hair and t-shirt, strong arms wrapped around her in a hug, Cul pointed the hairdryer into Flower's face, giving her a playful blast of hot air.

Flower giggled and hid her face into the back of Cul's neck, nuzzling it. A smile crept its way onto Cul's face as she felt Flower's chest press up against her, but it soon got replaced by a pout.

"You're so lucky," Cul whined, "Your hair's so short, you just ruffle it with a towel and it's as dry as Fukase's dick. I'm really tempted to cut it. Long hair can be such a pain sometimes."

Flower snorted, her breath tickling the back of Cul's neck. "That's one way to put it, but damn is it true."

"The weird thing is that you know. You know what Fukase's dick is like."

It was very normal at the Vocaloid Mansion for everyone to know the ins and outs of everyone else's love lives. Nothing was left untold, and poor Len and Oliver seemed to find that out the hard way. No one has forgotten the look of pure shock and horror on their flushed faces from the day Rin stood up at the breakfast table and shamelessly announced that Len and Oliver had lost their virginities to each other the night before.

Because of all this, it was common knowledge that Flower had once dated Fukase. However, why they broke up was shrouded in mystery. It didn't matter how many times Cul asked or pestered, neither Fukase nor Flower would say a word. Flower had assured Cul many times that it wasn't very interesting, but she was still immensely curious.

"Yeah, and trust me it's not nice. I have no idea how Piko stands it... Anyway," Flower continued as she gently ran her fingers through the wet strands of Cul's hair, eventually deciding to get up and grab another towel to place on Cul's shoulders to prevent her t-shirt from getting even wetter. "I love your hair like this, but I wouldn't mind if you cut it. It's so much easier to manage when it's short."

Cul hummed and looked into the mirror to stare at her hair, before gesturing to a point just above her shoulders. "Do you think I'd look with short hair? Like, shoulder-length?"

Flower didn't take long to answer. "Yeah, I think you would. You'd look adorable."

Cul giggled. "I'd be really nervous about getting it cut though. Like, what if it does end up looking really bad?"

Flower continued to play with Cul's now slightly dryer hair. "That's what I though before I got mine cut, but I'm really glad I got it done. I think I look pretty good."

"You always look good."

Cul's eyes travelled from her hair and over to Flower's reflection in the mirror. God did she look stunning, even when she was dressed in something as simple as her sleepwear, a tight black tank top that hugged her curves, and purple sweatpants that matched her eyes perfectly. Her hair was messy in the most perfect way, and her soft pale skin glowed a hazy amber from the light of their bedside lamp. Cul couldn't help but wonder how pretty Flower would look even if she was dressed in something like a potato sack.

Flower gave a pleased hum. "Thanks, you always look even better though."

"We both know that's not true. Remember that time Oliver got dared to try and style my hair?"

Laughter filled the room as memories of that night came flooding back. The night where everyone learned that during the entire time they've been dating, Len had taught Oliver absolutely nothing about tying ponytails.

"You still looked great." Flower chuckled, even though they both knew that was far from the truth.

"If you say so..."

Once the laughter finally died down, Flower stood up and placed a final kiss on the top of Cul's head. "I'm going to go downstairs and grab some toast. Hopefully Oliver hasn't let James eat all the bread this time. I'll be back."

"Okay," Cul replied sadly, feeling the warm, intimate night-time atmosphere evaporate once Flower detached herself from Cul's back and left their room. Cul shrugged. It didn't matter; her hair was almost dry and it just so happens that she was in the mood for toast too.
