~part 19~

Tw: Really sad. (Something that can happen in real life). If this happened to some of you, i'm genuine sorry for that.

Wednesday afternoon.
Pov: Y/n
"Wait whi- oh... THE accident.."
"Yeah... I'm sorry for what i d-"
"Jae.. You already apologized. It's okay. I just want to talk about something else."

"Yeah.. Right." He said and it was quiet for a while.
"I still remember the times when we had a sleepover and you always looked through the whole room to make sure you're safe and that there's not a spider who was planning on crawling in your ear. When you saw one you called for me when i was brushing my teeth and you always said-"

"Jae, there's a spider in the room. You need to get him OR her out of here. And DO NOT kill him or her!" We said at the same time.

"Hahah yeah. And you always said the same every time. You also said him or her. You didn't want to call the spider a it" he said while giggling.
"Mhm yeah.. I still remember that yeah." I mumbled while smiling while i think about it.

"I'm happy that your memories are getting back." He said.
"Yeah.. Me too..."

We walked in silence till we got to his house.
We got in and we took our coats off.
"Want to watch Harry Potter again?"
"Sure." I said and we walked up to his room after grabbing some food and drinks.

We laid under the blankets and watched the movie.
Immediately the words 'Harry Potter and the halfblood prince' appeared on the screen.

In the middle of the movie we were cuddling, again.
We cuddled the whole movie and it felt safe.
And again, we laughed, argued and i cried while Jaeden needed to comfort me at some scenes.

*skip to when the movie is done*
We decided to go downstairs and Jaeden grabbed 2 water bottles for the both of us.
While we were drinking our water we heard the  front door open.

Strange.. Cus it's only 4pm and Angela has work till 6.
Jaeden and i checked to look who it was.
It was Angela.

"Hey mom. What are you doing so early?"
Jaeden asked.
Angela didn't pay attention and she looked very stressed.
"Mom what's wrong?" Jaeden asked, worried.

"I'm sorry.. I don't know how to say this." She said while she was on the urge to cry.
I saw the look on Jaeden's face.
He probably has never seen his mom stress like this.

Or not much.
"What's wrong mom? Are you fired?"
"No... Worse.." Angela said while looking at the both of us.
Wait.. Why does she look at me? Does this have anything to do with me?

"I think you 2 need to go upstairs and do something. I need to rest and i'll tell you later." Angela said.
"Okay. Tell me when there's something." Jaeden said to comfort his mom a little.

"Come" Jaeden said while grabbing my hand.
We walked upstairs and i was looking behind me to look at Angela.
She was crying.

What is going on?
I don't know what this is.

"So.. What do you want to do right now?" Jaeden asked.
"I don't know." I said.
"Come here." Jaeden said while patting next to him.
He sat on his bed and wanted me to sit next to him.

So i did.
We sat across each other.
Jaeden took a few strands of my hair behind my ear and looked at me, sweetly.
"You know that if there's something wrong, i'm always here to help you and make you feel better." He said.
"Yeah. You already did it today so... Thanks."
It was silent for a minute.

I began again.
"I mean it Jae. Really. Thanks. Thank you so much for being in my life. And I don't care for what you did anymore. You were stressed. You didn't know what to do so you just blamed it on me but you said sorry a multiple times. And i forgive you. And now that i'm getting my memories back.. I'd never get them back if I wasn't here right now. Thank you so much Jaeden.. For everything. I don't know what life is without you."

"Wow i- This is sweet." Jaeden said while looking at me in awe.
I chuckled and hugged him.
He hugged me back.

After a while, Angela came in.
"Hey... Can you guys come downstairs? I want to tell you something." She said.
I could tell she cried.
She had red puffy eyes.

Poor Angela.. She doesn't deserve to be sad.
We came downstairs and sat on the couch in the living room.

"So.. This is really hard to say right now but.."
"You can tell us mom. It's okay." Jaeden said while comforting his mom right now.

"I think you shouldn't be comforting me right now Jae..." Angela said.
"What do you mean? You're sad mom. I can't see you like this." Jaeden said, worried.

"What i'm telling you is... Y/n..."
She paused.
Wait... What does this have to do with me?

"Y/n.. Your parents have been in an terrible accident... The doctors tried to do everything to let them live but... They-"
Angela bursted out crying.

I can't believe it...
Tears were streaming down on my cheeks.
Jaeden was shocked and he also had tears.
He started hugging me.
But I didn't do anything.

I froze.
I felt like nothing.
I felt pain.
I wanted to wake up.
I wish that this was just a bad dream.

But it was 100% real...
My parents aren't here anymore...
