~part 20~

Wednesday late afternoon.
Pov: Jaeden
When i heard it about Y/n's parents I didn't know what to do anymore.
Y/n, my mom and i were all crying.

But Y/n ofcourse, looked the most shocked.
I can't believe this.
We just saw her parents not a long time ago and now they're not here anymore..

They were like family to me and my mom.
I hugged Y/n but she didn't do anything back.
I know what's wrong.
She has a panick attack .

"I'm so sorry Y/n..." i said.
She stopped staring and looked down at her lap, tears streaming down her cheeks.
I feel so bad for her...

And i feel bad for her parents.
They didn't deserve this.
"I miss them so much." Y/n said while crying.
"I know Y/n... I know. We miss them too.." I said while rubbing her back in a comforting way.

She looked at me and hugged me.
I hugged back and looked at my mom.
My mom was also crying so I signaled her to hug with us.

My mom put her arms over us.
We sat there, hugging while we cried.
I started getting a flashback of us and Y/n's parents.

"Mommyyy! I want to open the presents!" Y/n said to her mom.
"No sweetie, it's not christmas yet. Santa still needs to bring the presents." Her mom said.

Y/d/n(your dad's name) looked at his watch.
"Hey kiddos! I think you 2 should go get ready for bed. Tomorrow is a wonderful day! Santa is bringing the presents tonight and if you don't sleep tonight, he is not coming!" He said.

"Oh no! Jaeden come!!" Y/n said, shocked.
She grabbed my hand and ran upstairs.
"Y/n wait! You're too fast!" I said to her while I followed her.

*with the parents*
"How cute!" Angie said to Y/n's parents.
"I know right. They look good together. I hope they'll be like this forever. They treat each other with love." Y/n's mom said in awe.

"They should be a couple when they're older." Y/n's dad said.

"Y/d/n! You'll never know. Maybe they just want to stay bestfriends. And don't get them together by yourself than. They'll figure out by themselves." Y/n's mom said.

"I know i know! I just love them both together." Y/n's dad said.
Angie laughed at their behavior.

"I'm gonna give them a goodnight kiss. Should i give a goodnight kiss from you guys too?" Angela asked Y/n's parents.
"Sure Angie! That would be great." Y/n's mom said.

Angela walked upstairs.
"Goodnight sweeties. Sleep well, tomorrow is a wonderful day." Angela said to the 2 little kids who are already tucked in bed.

She kissed them on the forehead.
"And also a goodnight kiss from Y/m/n and Y/d/n." Angela said while giving 2 more kisses on both of their foreheads.

"Goodnight Angie." Y/n said before yawning.
"Goodnight mommy, goodnight Y/n/n." Jaeden said.

"Goodnight Jae." Y/n said.
"Goodnight sweeties. Love you both." Angie said and closed the door after flicking off the lights in the room.

And after that, Y/n and Jaeden immediately fell asleep.

I miss those times.
I really did like Y/n.
I have liked her for a long time.
But i just realized it now... On the day her parents died.
I love Y/n.
And i feel guilty that i was being so mean to her.

She doesn't deserve this.
She already had a shitty life already.
I wish i was the one who was going through all this...

We were still hugging and I didn't want to let go.
They both needed this.
We all needed this.
Especially Y/n.
Y/n... If you can read my mind, i love you so much.

I wish that you loved me back in the way i do love you...
