This takes place during tSoN (The Son of Neptune). I don't own these characters, or tSoN (Is it just SoN? Idk lol)

Piper didn't believe in true love. Until she met Annabeth Chase. Piper and Annabeth had become good friends, because they had lots of time to talk while they waited for the Argo II to be built. She could tell the wait was slowly killing her friend. She didn't know if Percy would remember her when she got there, or if he would even be alive by then. All she knew is that they had been friends since they were 12, and they started dating when they were 16. 

Late one night, Piper saw Annabeth crying, sitting on the docks. She went and sat by her friend. She just hugged her while she cried. She'd never seen Annabeth break down before, and it kind of scared her, but it was also good for her.

"Tell me about him" she said "Tell me about him, or one of your adventures, or how you got together." Annabeth nodded. She told him about how he looked, and all their adventures, and their first kiss on the docks. As she watched her friend talk about Percy Jackson, that moment was when she knew. True love. It was real. And it was Annabeth Chase and Percy Jackson.
