Kol walks up to Rebeckah, who is still in her new body, in the compound.
"Finally Kol, what took you so long, I've been waiting forever" whines Bex. "You know, for a thousand year old lady, you have no concept of time. We agreed to meet at 1 o'clock. It's 1:05, so stop your complaining and help me," says an exasperated Kol.

"I've been searching these books, day and night, and I still can't find anything. We need more help," she said. "No," Kol quickly interrupted."We'll be fine in our own." Once this happens, Rebeckah finally looses her temper. "Kol! I understand that you don't want Davina to know that you're sick but you have to face the facts! You're dying and unless she helps us, you won't be dying, you'll be dead! And if you do die without ever telling her you're sick or saying goodbye, how do you think she'll feel? You have to tell her!" During the time of her rant, Kol finally seems to understand the importance of being truthful to Davina. "Fine. I'm going to talk to her and then bring her here so we can try and kill the spell. Or Finn. I'm good with either." Kol tries to do his signature smirk, but his smile quickly fades away. He walks outside and calls Davina. He asks her to meet them in "Our secret lair."

Davina walks in to the tomb where Kol is waiting for her. Kol, knowing he only has a couple of minutes before Davina begins to see him as a kicked puppy, walks up to her and kisses her. After a couple minutes or so of passionate kissing, the pair broke apart, each of them gasping for breath. Davina says jokingly "Did you invite me here so we could make out all day?" "Actually," says a somewhat depressed sounding Kol, "I have to tell you something.
