Attack on Camp

*Reyna P.O.V*

It's been a few days since our walk from Camp Jupiter to Camp Half-Blood. Since we've left camp I've gotten this feeling of being watched, I only managed to catch glimpses of what has been stalking me. At first, I thought it was my imagination, but I soon realize that was not the case. I manage to see it with my own eyes. It was small in body, its eyes were the brightest shade of yellow that resembled gold, the gaze of the creature seemed to hold this expression of superiority as if the creature thought itself to be a higher being, its fur seem to blend with the trees despite it being of a lighter shade that seemed to match the color of sand. It soon left quickly into the forest. 

I would not lie and say a part of me wished to follow it. As if it was becking me to follow it and I would have if it was not for Hazel to stop me

Hazel: Reyna are you alright

She said it with such concern and that when I realized we were far behind from the rest of the group

Reyna: Yes yes I'm fine where is everyone else

I tried to recompose myself as to not try to follow the creature as I look at Hazel noticing that she was looking where I was staring at

Hazel: Was there something there

I nodded no making her think it was noting important as I was trying to convince myself the same thing

Reyna: No nothing at let's regroup with the rest alright

She reluctantly nodded as we went to regroup with the others. It was at this time where I was remembering that dream. About the boy on the beach, it was then my cheeks started turning red from it. I tried shaking my face to try and forget it because that was nothing more than a dream even though a part of me wished it wasn't. I knew better than to think it will happen. Love was simply something I knew I was not worthy of. What happened with Jason proves that fact. Hades even Venus proves that fact by saying I won't find love. 

Hazel: Reyna are you...are you blushing

That was when I remembered that Hazel was with me and I tried making up an excuse

Reyna: N-No it's just the heat is all Hazel

Hazel: No I'm pretty sure you're blushing your stuttering proves that

Gods damn it Hazel

Hazel: Isitaboyishecutewhatishelike-

She then continued rambling on why was I blushing. Gods this is so embarrassing. She then gasped loudly quickly as I immediately went to my sword thinking there was a danger

Hazel: Wait is it a girl cause if it is I fully support-

Reyna: N-NO HAZEL ITS A BOY THATS GOT ME LIKE THIS

Silence then overtook us realizing what I just said I then hit myself with the hilt of my blade as my cheeks become redder that I might get mistaken for a walking tomato and only one word can come to mind

Reyna: Gods kill me now

Just like that Hazel was squealing like a fan girl,she even started hoping and started shaking me with excitement

Hazel: WHO IS IT WHO IS IT

Reyna: H-Hazel s-stop shaking meeeeee

She quickly stops embarrassed and tried to wipe some dust off my shoulder where I'm sure there was none there

Reyna: Look I don't know him

Hazel: But you just said it was he

Reyna: Yes but I never met him it was a dream a weird,terrific dream
