A few hours later...


Maya's POV

I sluggishly got into Tony's grip, sitting in his lap. We were all a bit wasted expect for Tony and My cousin (we'll call him Brandon) Brandon.

I gently throw my head back onto Tony's chest. I had an extreme amount of energy for some reason but Tony didn't. I really wanted to dance with him. In front of everyone. But the thing was he was a bit shy around my family which, of course, was understandable I mean he just barley met them today. Expect for my Mother. She stayed at home since she wasn't feeling well which sucked because it's Christmas Eve. I really wanted to spend time with her especially on my favorite holiday. (I'm just now realizing how much I rant in this story, and I just wanna know does it make the story more entertaining or not? Like does my thoughts and sort of explaining things more make it better in this story? Please let me know)

"Hey love, I'm gonna go use the restroom again" Tony spoke

I simply nodded my head and straddled off of him letting him go do his thing

Another one of my cousins (the one that was making Maya mad uncomfortable last chapter, we'll call him Ruben), Ruben approached me.

"Wanna dance?" He asked

I was wasted so my foolish ass of course agreed, but little did I know that agreeing to dancing with him would lead into a huge scandal in my family. Almost everyone surrounded us. I had completely forgotten about Tony quickly. We started to dance to the Loud, Spanish music playing in the background. We weren't really touching each other inappropriately. But clearly that's what Tony thought...

Nastya, Another short chapter? Yes another short chapter. For whatever reason, I can't go over the limit of writing 400 words? I don't know we'll see tmwr if it lets me write bigger chapters. It seems like the only time I'm actually motivated, it won't let my publish long chapters. 😒

Anyways next chapter is gonna be completely unexpected. Also Happy Valentine's Day 🤠♥️. As well as I wanna thank you guys for 5000 reads. That's insane so Thank you!!!
