I answered the phone, "hello....what.....when did this happen...okay,I'll be there as soon as possible."

Oh my glob, this can't be happening! Of all the dumb things Leo could've done he had to get hit by a car? Why wasn't he watching where he was going? I can't believe this just happened! I better text everyone.....including Nick.
Hey Leo was hit by a car and is at the hospital the doctor said he's going to be okay, but they need to do more tests, so far he has a broken leg and a broken collarbone, im going to the hospital to see how he's doing im sure he'd appreciate it if u guys came to visit to, the doctor also said it's a miracle he even survived. Love you all.

I've arived at the hospital and went up to the front desk.

"What room is Leo Jacobson in?" I asked the nice lady who had a blue dress on.

"Room 220, you'll take the elevator up to the 3rd floor and go right until you see the number 220 on the door," the lady said confidently.

As I headed to the elevator there was a familiar voice behinde me.

"Hey have you seen Leo yet...? He okay?"

"No, I haven't seen him yet, but I'm going to right now c'mon!" I said, sounding a little nervous.

"Alright,"

"Well aren't you going to get in the elevator, Nick?" I asked.

"Umm, this is kinda embarrassing, but I'm kinda afraid of elevators...." he said.

Who's scared of elevators? That's the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

"C'mon, we don't have time for this, let's go," I said, pushing him into the elevator.

"Alright, fine, but only for Leo." He said with a hesitant look on his face.

As we reached the 3rd floor Nick was hyperventilating, and I just couldnt help but chuckle.

The elevator door opened, and we stepped out.

"Hey, guess what?" I said smiling.

"What?" Nick asked while catching his breath.

"We survived!" I said while laughing a little.

"Shut up," he said.

As we reached the door my heart was pounding. What's he going to look like? How much pain do you think he's in? What is going to happen to him? All of these questions were in my mind playing over and over again like a broken record. Will I lose my best friend? What am I going to do without him in school? As I opened the door I saw Leo lying down in a deep sleep, I sat there for a while, while Nick went to the cafeteria to get food, until finally Leo opened his eyes....
