Early the next Morning;
John woke up early. So he decided to make Nikki some breakfast. He got a box of pancake batter and began mixing it. Then he put the batter in a pan, and made
4 pancakes. About ten minutes later, Nikki woke up. She smelled the food from upstairs. "Mmm, smells great!" she said. "Thanks, they're almost done." John
replied. "Can't wait!" she said. When they were done, John & Nikki sat down to eat. "These are really good hun!" Nikki exclaimed. "Thanks sweetie," John
said. "The baby loves them too! It's moving around!" Nikki gasped. "Come feel!". John walked over and placed his hand on his pregnant girlfriends stomach.
"Wow.." he exclaimed. He was amazed and terrified at the same time. He didn't know whether he'd be a good father or not. He smiled up at Nikki. She smiled
back. "Isn't it amazing?" she asked. "Very much so.." he replied. Nikki looked confused. John was happy 10 seconds ago, but now seemed off. "Is everything
okay?" she asked, seeing John tear up. "I'm fine." he lied. "John.. I know your not.." Nikki said, seeing thorugh his lie like a window. "I just.. I'm scared
that I'm not going to be a good dad." he confessed. Nikki smiled, when she heard this. "John, you're going to be an amazing dad! You know how I know?" she
said. "How?" he asked. "I see you with those Make a Wish kids, you're amazing with them! So you'll be the same with our child, I know it." she anwsered.
John thought about it for a minute. "I guess you're right." he finally said. "I usually am.." Nikki laughed. John stood up and kissed her. How he loved
that taste.
