When you are a teenager, you often ask a question for yourself: "Who am I exactly"?

It can be a very big crisis for a teenager. Because the answer is so difficult even adults as well.  We have some difficult tasks for example choose our career, make big decisions and find our identity. "Ho am I" question now examined the context of identity. When my children at school come to me to talk about identity, we allways begin the question who can he/she see his/her identity. We oftem start to collect attitudes and signs of personality. Many teenagers do not know what is his/her personality.

No worries, it is normal! Fully normal!  When I was an adolescent, I did not know anything about myself.  Starting with "what I want to do", my music style, my ideal partner, so clearly nothing. Some adults were so worried about that, because they have said that I can not make serious decisions.  Caused by that, I have had self-esteem issues. Yes, if others practice you big pressure, it can cause self-esteem issues.

After that I was thinking about that a lot. I just have tried to do anything that I was interested in. Just have read about anything. Any kind of jobs, music styles, personalities, etc.

But why this chapter is preparing now?

I am continously experiencing identity questions from my children at school.  And I see that it causes a big pressure for them. And everyone is full of worries and questions. Now, it is time to give some solutions.

The first one is that try out anything that you are interested in. When you tried out anything, you can order it: What is the first, the seciond, the third(etc) thing that you are interested in, or that you want to do, you want to have, or that personality you want to be.

What are your most important attitudes or wished attitudes. When you have collected it, you can set a goal. When you try to set a new goal, take into consideration the next things:

* The fact what you want to achieve. It is so important to determine it exactly. For example: " I want to lose weight." Or "I want to become more patient."

* The things that are motivating you. If you have answers the question: "Why am I doing it?" You can easier do it.

* What did you take for it. You should collect these steps to taken for your goal. For example, staying beside losing weight, you can write down your exercises you did for thet. Your diets if you did some.

* the steps you should take. If you take them in consideration, you will be able to create an action plan.  For example if you would like to learn to sing, how many hours/minutes will you practice a day. Or, if you have a more abstract goal, what are your developing steps. For example if you would like to become a believer, how would you pray. Or if you want to become a better communicator, what resources should you read, what should you develop(for example: "I should emphasize my feelings instead of hurt other's personality").

* celebrate your achievements. You can follow your progress with a piece of paper, or there are many apps on smart phones to track your goal setting progress. When you have reach something, you can celebrate yourself. For example write it down to your diary. Or buy your favourite chocolate/coffee. Or just talk a little bit your loved one/best friend and share it with them.

It seems so common. But it is not! You can apply all of the parts or just one/twoo of abowe written. These solutions are depending on each other, but applicable each of them.
