Dragon of the West South

It's been a week since the funeral, Isamiona isolated herself in the room. Ignoring her brothers knocking on the door, not taking note of Iseul trying to get her attention when she does her morning prayers. Trying to figure herself out slowly, lying on the bed looking at the ceiling with empty eyes breathing out tiredly with anxious morning thoughts.

"Dhis is too depressing, even for a Lady like me." looking at the curtains who showed the sun that shined through the thick curtains. Isamiona wonders if it's natural to feel depressed, like the crying part of grieving for losing someone dear to her? She normally would never cry or feel loss at funerals, but this was a first.

Isamiona was not in the mood to pray today, getting up from her bed that was scattered by piles of tissues that had been used. Her face was completed healed now and her wound on her stomach is still healing, her face looked like it was drained of life from lack of sun. Looking at the mirror in though, then sprayed some perfume on her neck and wrists.

Heading downstairs to get out of the room, seeing it was past noon as Ethan saw Isamiona but frowned at her lifeless face. "Meî Syra, you're up early?" (Good morning, Syra) turning her head slightly annoyed that her thoughts were interrupted, looking at her wrist watch to see it was past eleven. Which meant he was supposed to be at work, "And you're here, vhy?"

"Only because. . .I-I wanted to check up on you, how are you feeling now?" Isamiona looked at Ethan's uneasiness, seeing that he was hiding his excitement through a lie. Giving a long hard stare as his blue eyes glances back trying to convince her it's the truth, another lie.

One thing Isamiona knows about Ethan, all her life: He doesn't greet her or asks how she is doing.

Or. . .make small talk. . .

Isamiona looks at his appearance. He was dressed nicely, too nicely. . .but she kept her silence. Humming tilting her head, eyeing his clothing choice. And he wore too much cologne, and kept it simple. Huffing as Isamiona was getting more annoyed lately, like everyone treating her as if she was a brittle glass that will break any moment. "Okay. . .I've been busy lately filling applications to schools and stuff, coming home late on purpose. Normal stuff," Isamiona spoke while making herself a cup of cappuccino, Ethan fiddled with his white golf collar shirt then folding his arms trying hard to pretend to listen to her by nodding his head.

Seeing that, rolling her eyes as she stirred her cup. But Isamiona narrowed her eyes at his suspicious behavior taking a slow sip and hummed in delight. She took out her phone from her breast pocket feeling a vibration. Seeing it was a notification. Taking another sip before throwing the rest of the cappuccino into the sink, fixing her kedaat. "You didn't like it?"

"You have a crappy taste in cappuccinos,"

"Excuse me?"

"Vear dhe tan cino jeans, navy blue one makes dhe outfit look dull."

"Oh? Thanks a guess?" Ethan looked at himself in the mirror, he was between nervous and excited. Isamiona lifts a brow this quirked her interest, resting her chin between the gaps of her index and middle fingers. Watching him nitpicking his looks, "Put on grey jersey over, neatly fold dhe collars. Make hair messy, vear gold bracelet."

"Um. . .hello? I can dress myself, thank you very much."

"Trust me, put on vhat I said and you might get laid." Isamiona said walking out grabbing her cane leaning against the wall near the door, "Wait! Where are you going?" Ethan said hurrying after her halting by the door. "Out," she said not facing him as she walked into the mansion. Not even taking off her shoes, Isamiona dragged her cane. A dark oak cane, nicely polished. Its head had a silver Phoenix on top with Sapphire diamond eyes, a gift Iseul gave her at the hospital. But got its modifications by Devlin for an extra boost.
