"Ok class we got a new student." Ms Hall said turning to me, "tell everybody your name and about yourself." she said to me
"Hi my name is Azenia, I'm 17, I'm from Memphis Tennessee." I said keeping it short
"Well Ok Azenia go sit by Kamora, Kamora raise your hand." The teacher said
Kamora raised her hand making me walk over to her and sitting on the left of her
"hey." Kamora said to me, "hey." I said back
Im not a big talker I just focus on myself and stay outta peoples way
"You wanna sit with me and my friends at lunch?" Kamora asked me, "yea I guess is it a lot of y'all?" I said
"Nah it's only six of us" she said, I have social anxiety so to me that was still a lot of people but that's one of the things that is wrong with me
"Ok y'all take out your paper and take notes please." Ms Hall said, I took out my paper and a pencil and got to writing
"Hey you got a pencil I can use?" a boy asked tapping me, "can you stop touching me?" I said, "damn ma let get yo ten tho."
"Jay leave her alone." Kamora said, "girl don't worry bout him, wanna switch seats?" she asked, I nodded my head yes
We switched seats and I got back to taking my notes, I felt my phone buzzed, I looked down and seen my brother texted me

"Miss Thomas do I need to take your phone?" Ms Hall said calling me out, "no." I said turning off my phone going back to writing
The bell went off letting us know class was over, I came to school late so I was in my second class and lunch was after that
