Soon effy had told me cook was on trial for kicking the shit out of that kid. I felt bad but I wasn't suprised, he was way too reckless. Effy, Freddie, me and jj went to support him. "I hope he doesn't go to jail," Freddie says rubbing his hands together nervously. "It's okay if he does he'd probably break out," I whispered making effy laugh. We then saw cook come out and waved at him as support. His brother was with us and tried to run over to him, "cook tell them you did nothing wrong! Cook tell them no!" Cook then hugs him and tells him to go back. Seeing cook as a big brother made me smile because I knew he had a huge heart. Freddie went and grabbed his brother before the guards could and the guards took Cook into the court room. We all sat around nervously as the clock made a ticking sound. In this time I held effys hand and rested my head on her shoulder. Ever since those two days in the small town I had become quite fond of Cook. After a bit of heavy breathing cook came out the court room being escorted by guards with a nervous look on his face. We all sat up noticing he was being taken into custody. Freddie held onto his brother making sure to take care of him for cook. "Oh god," I said grabbing onto effy tightly.

After cook had gone to jail we decided to get ice cream to cheer eachother up. "I can't believe he's in jail," Naomi said picking at her cup. "Im not suprised but I feel bad," Katie added. I was silent and just playing with my ice cream. "You alright?" Effy asked me. I nodded and looked up to Katie who had been staring but looked away and ate a spoon of her vanilla ice cream. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom," I said feeling the sudden urge to puke. I rushed to the bathroom and puked in the toilet, "fuck." I wiped my mouth and moved away as the smell of my morning redbull arises. I throw my head back on the stall and start to cry. I then hear Footsteps and begin to wipe my tears. Emily came into the stall and frowned at me, "I knew something was wrong." She sat beside me and gave me a sympathetic look which caused me to cry more. "Hey it's okay," Emily said pulling me into her arms. I stayed in her arms for a momment. "Did you puke?" Emily said cringing at the smell. I chuckled, "yeah..my stomach still feels sick. It's like everyday something new happens, I love Katie and I think about her every second of the day. I just wish she felt the same way." "She does I know it. I don't know why she's acting this way though. She's a prick," Emily scoffed. "Then what the fuck is going on. I feel incomplete without her em. I can't.." I said sighing. "I know I feel the same about Naomi. It's okay you've got me and effy, even Freddie!" I laughed and lifted up from her arms wiping my tears. "I know that but it's just.."I started said before Katie came In the bathroom. we made eyecontact before things got awkward I decided I'd leave. "Lila wait.."Katie said as I passed her shoulder. "What katie? What could you possibly have to say to me?" I said standing to face her. Her face flushed red but she was silent. I shook my head looking disappointed and left the bathroom and the shop.
