Jealous

I ran up to Lei and he was not looking at me. "Hey you ok?" I asked. "Please talk to me" I continued "Did I do something wrong?" 

"Lei?" No response

"LeiLei?" No response

"Sir?" No response

 "Babe?" He turned his head so fast, I thought he would lose it. He had a very shocked expression but I could see a little smile. 

"Finally I got your attention, now tell me what I did wrong." I asked and he turned away again.

"If you don't talk to me, I wont talk to you. Imp gonna go talk to Ximen." I said and emphasized Ximen.

 Then he suddenly grabbed my hand and took me to the Farris wheel. It was around7:00 and the sun was setting. We sat down in a very comfortable box. "You didn't do anything wrong" He said. I looked at him and saw he was already staring at me. 

I realized how close we were. He came toward me and I backed away. He grabbed my waist and pulled me closer. I gasped as I  looked away from his face. We were at the top now and the sky looked perfect. 

"So beautiful" I said.

  "Yes, very" Lei said looking at me. He leaned in closer until our noses were touching. He looked at my lips then at me as if to ask for permission.

I didn't answer, and just kissed him. He tensed up for a second, before kissing me back. His lips were so soft, and sweet. We broke apart after a second and looked at each other. He was blushing bright red, and I'm pretty sure I was also blushing. Then I realized something.

 "We cant do this." I told him. He broke the hug. 

"Why?" He asked, as I could see his tears. I looked away.

"I'm gonna get arranged marriage, I can't hurt you or myself." I told him. I was fighting back my tears and tightened my fist. "Why can't you just not accept, you said your parents are nice, they would understand." He told me, looking hurt. 

" I promised them that I would agree, since middle school. I don't break my promises." I told him. "If you knew that THEN WHY DID YOU KISS ME?!?!?!"He shouted. 

The other boys heard and were coming our way. I wanted him to hate me, to never like me. If he liked me, I would have to fight against my parents. My parents have done so much for me, I wanted to do this for them. 

I knew I didn't owe them anything, but I wanted to repay them. So I said the worst thing I could think of. "Because I knew you liked me, so I wanted to play with you. You are so venerable, no wonder Jing left you" I said with a blank, cold face. 

My heart broke as soon as I said that. I knew that would hurt him so bad. But I still said it. I was the worst person in the world right now, because I knew he still hadn't gotten over Jing.

Lei's Pov

When she said that, my heart broke. It didn't just break, it shattered, blew up, like 100000 bullets hit my heart. Now my tears were flowing and they were not going to stop. I thought she was an angel, but she is THE SATAN. " So everything you said to me, the laughs, the smiles, the invitation to stay at your house WAS ALL FAKE?" I shouted. 

The others were already there and they were glaring at Aera. I was hoping she would say "No, no it was all real, I like you." but no.

"Yes everything was fake, I hate you. I just kissed you to make one of my friends jealous cause they were looking. Actually I'm the worst, you should look for someone else." She said. I was so weak at that point that I fell and became unconscious.

y/n Pov.

As soon as he fell I wanted to run to his side, but I controlled myself because if the others knew that I was faking the whole "I hate Lei" thing, they would help me. I slowly walked to him but Si pushed me back. What in the begging was filled with happiness and joyfulness when he used to look at me, was now filled with hatred and anger. I could see he was struggling to believe what I said. "I hate you too Si, I hope Sanchai dumps you" I said. That made him so angry. "Sanchai will never hate him" Said Meizuo. I had to make them all hate me, despise me, so I said "That's why Caina left you meizuo cause you are so pathetic." I said in the meanest voice I had. Colin grabbed my hand and took me to the car. He put me in there and asked me to explain what all of that was about.

Ximen's Pov.

I couldn't believe that what she said was real. I knew she was faking it, I could see the way she was fiddling her fingers. I turned around to look at Meizuo and he was broken. 

"Meizuo I know that is not the same Aera. Something is wrong, lets follow her to the car, she will explain it to Colin and Arthur and we will eavesdrop." I said. 

Meizuo nodded and quickly followed me while Si helped carry Lei to our car. " Could you explain to me what all of that was about" I heard Colin say. "I will explain. Lei cannot like me. If he like me, he will fight with my parents about this arranged marriage thing. I promised my parents since middle school I will agree to the marriage. I wanted to do that for them. I also need to convince the others, I could tell they didn't believe me. Especially Ximen. I need them to hate me, hate my guts." She said. 

I was almost in the verge of tears. " But don't you like them. If you do anything bad they will hate you. I have never seen you so happy until I saw you with them, and they all like you. If you do this, you won't only be hurting them but also yourself. I know that you don't want to hurt Lei but he will be more hurt now that he thinks you played with him." Authur said. "I know they will hate me. I need to convince them that I am mean and I play with people. This hurts me more than you can imagine, but if they hate me, they will get over it faster. Do you know how it feels to see Lei fall and not be there to support him? I have to do this no matter what, and in order for it to work, you cant tell the other three. Ximen is already suspicious enough that this is just a play." Aera said. Meizuo was smiling a little because he knew she wasn't really mean in the heart. "So that means you will have to get over Lei, and I have seen the way you look at him. You like him don't you?" Colin asked. "I will never get over him. I like him a lot.......no, 

I Love Him." She said. I smiled widely.
