- Taemin's pov -
A few weeks ago, I was over at my friend Kai's playing video games and talking about what happened at the party. "He's seriously got some nerves to spike her drink like that. Poor girl was sick the next day and accidentally confessed something to me. I don't even know how to talk to her because of everything... And to make matters worse they were kissing at the garden..." I rant, beating him on the current round. "Kissing? Really? Didn't think she was the type." He says in kind of a sarcastic tone while hitting start for the next game.
"That's not the point! It just.. It really pisses me off. Why can't he just leave her be?" I admit, clutching the controller a bit tighter. Kai chuckles and slaps me on the shoulder, giving me an encouraging smile. "I know you've liked her for a long time. I mean, you didn't even start going to the library until you saw her there." My cheeks flush a little, thinking back to when I first saw her..

It was about a year ago, Jimin and I were walking past the library when a girl catches my attention through the window. She had long black hair that covered her shoulders and bangs that covered most of her forhead. She didn't have a a super slimmed face but instead her face was a bit rounder than most of the girls in our school. Her big round glasses didn't really help with that though. She looked smart and cute, she probably looks more beautiful without the glasses but even still, she was captivating.
I stop in my tracks to look at her, she was standing on her tip toes as she reached for a book. "Hey, earth to Taemin. Are you good?" My friend says to me with a concerned look on his face. I point over at the girl and look at him. "What do you think of her?" I say to him, my face a little red with embarrassment.
He walks closer to me and looks through the window. "Glasses?" Jimin says, scratching his head. I nod at him and he examines her. "Cute isn't she?" I ask, wondering about his thoughts. He shrugs and then smirks at me. "I know who she is. She's alright, but her older sister. A true beauty." She does look a little familiar but I can't seem to put it into memory.
A couple days later, this time, I'm alone. I walk towards the library and see her once more. She's completely sucked into a book. She tucks a stran of hair behind her ear as she turns the next page, captivated into the story. She really is beautiful..
A month goes by and I'm over at my friend Kai's. His girlfriend is in the kitchen making tea while I tell him about library girl. "She's so cute.. It's like it's drawing me closer to her..." I groan. Kai pats me on the shoulder. "Why don't you go in and talk to her?" Krystal says as she walks back into the living room and giving her boyfriend a kiss on the cheek. I look at her as if she's a genius. And thats precisely what I do next.... At least, I tried...
The next day, I build up my courage and walk into the library, looking for that girl. I almost lost hope after waiting for two hours for her to show up. I turn to leave but as I do, a short, black haired girl bumps into me. "Ahh!! I-I'm so sorry!!" She quickly bows her head to me. I'm able to get a good look at her face and sure enough... It's that girl, only.. She's not wearing her glasses today. "I can't see very well without my glasses.. please forgive me.." She says, her voice trembling.
This girl.. She's shy.. smart and beautiful... My literal dream girl... "It's okay. You're not hurt are you?" I ask her, holding her up steadily. "I'm okay, thanks." Her footing is more stable so, I let her go reluctantly. "See you around, thank you again." She says, walking towards one of the librarians desk and brushing me off.... And since that day, I have visited the library, hoping she will one day, acknowledge me the way I acknowledge her..
