365 days : Colby Brock edition

chapter one

Today started like any other day, I woke up, had breakfast and went to work, now that's where things got a little strange

My boss told me we were going on some business trip and that we were leaving that day, it seemed strange but I went along with it

Within hours we were on a plane to some unknown location, everything seemed off when no one would tell me where we were going

We landed and were escorted off the plane into a car, I was then put into the car while the others got into another car

I looked over next to me and there was a guy sitting there, he had brown hair, bluey eyes and the most amazing smile on his face, i knew exactly who he was

"Hey, I'm Mr Brock"

He said, looking at me with a slight smirky grin on his face

"I'm Lydia"

I said, feeling a little awkward, he leans forward and tells the driver were to go, we automatically start driving and in about 10 minutes we arrive at a big house

He gets out first and then puts his hand out to help me, I take his hand and get out of the car

"Thank you"

I say and he smiles before walking me into the house and we're soon in a big room that has a fire going and a single chair, everyone else leaves and it's just me and him standing in the room

"So do I get to know your first name?"

I ask, acting as if i don't already know, i then sit down in the chair, he turns and looks at me

"It's Colby"

He says before looking back at the fire and poking it a little

"So, why are we here?"

I stand up and start walking over to him while asking, he puts the tool down and turns to face me

"You'll know sooner or later but let's just say you're here for the next 365 days"

He says with a slight smirk on his face

"The whole year? Are you crazy?"

I exclaim and he laughs a little

"I won't be crazy when my plan works"

He says in a quiet tone before walking towards the door and opening it, a guy with blonde hair walks in

"This is Sam, he'll show you to your room"

Colby says before walking away and leaving me with Sam

"Come on sweetheart"

Sam says while walking upstairs, he shows me to my room and says goodnight before leaving, then I'm all alone

I notice my bag on my bed and quickly look in it to see if my phone's there but it's not, I push the bag away and sit on the bed sighing

"One year...you can survive one year"

I take a deep breath

"But why...why am I here?"

I say looking into the mirror across the room, I hear the door open and Colby walks in, he comes and sits next to me

"I've come to answer your question...365 days, if we get to the end of the year and your not in love with me, I'll let you go home..."

He says while looking at me

"Why me?..."

I ask and he smiles

"Because I see you on Instagram and your friends tell me really good things about you, you're fucking hot Lydia"

He then looks me up and down and bites his lip, I laugh a little

"I know you, you could have any girl you want here right now and you pick me?"

I look at him confused and he nods

"You're not like all the others Lydia"

He says and puts his hand on mine but I move my hand, he does a little nod and gets up

"Goodnight Lydia"

"Goodnight Colby"

He leaves the room and I get ready for bed, I put on some pyjama shorts and a vest then I get into bed

I lay there for a while thinking about everything that's happened and how I can't give in to him...even though I really want to

Then I fall asleep, dreaming about what's to come...
