Nicole's POV **2 months later It's been two long months since i've spoken to kayla or even seen her, I just don't wanna be toxic anymore.. & i'm not gonna lie like I don't love her because I do but fuck that. I planned myself a self love trip for me and my bestfriend to miami, I definitely needed this so why not include my dawg. I got up, got my lounging clothes out, I went in the bathroom and turned the shower on and the sink on to wash my face and brush my teeth. After that I finally got in the shower for about a good hour, got out, greased up & put my clothes on. I started packing since we leave tomorrow I can't afford to be late!
While I was packing I heard a knock at the door. I went downstairs to see who it was. "Who is it?" I said walking up to the door
"Me bitch open the door!!" I heard cheyenne yell anxiously. I opened the door and she rushed in damn near knocking me over "If you wanna fight just say that" I said closing the door following her into my room
"Shut the hell up and look at the phone" she said holding up her phone showing me a picture of Kayla and some girl, I literally laughed out loud "HA nahhhh is she for real?" I lowkey was hurt cause like what? LMAO OK.
"We can find the bitch and beat her ass if you want bestfriend, i'm on whatever you on" she said laughing but I know she serious but all I could do was laugh like this cannot be real
"You know what, we leave tomorrow and I really don't wanna ruin my good time so fuck her and the bitch, i'm good and she's obviously great" I said smiling, I don't need this shit. I stopped my life for her because I thought we'd bounce back but whole time this what typa timing she was on😭 I told cheyenne to leave because I needed to be alone for a while.
I laid down and checked my notifications & of course everybody sending me the pictures, I just put my phone on DND and blue-toothed my phone to the house speakers and played my "safe haven🤍" playlist.
KP's POV So it's been two months since i've seen my first love's face.. I really wanted to be with nicole but I knew I needed to be better for her and myself. I've definitely been having the urge to text and call her but I know she don't wanna talk to me so why bother ya know? But all in all i've been straight, got me a lil boo but it's nothing major she's just a little distraction for right now to keep my mind off of nicole.
"Babe you ready?" Samaria said as she walked up to me from behind, I was suppose to be packing for our trip to miami but procrastination is my bestfriend so you know how that went "Not yet my love but i'm almost done" I turned to her and kissed her forehead "So let me finish and i'll be down in 5 minutes" She nodded and went downstairs. I finished packing and met her outside while we waited for her driver to come get us & take us to the plane.
"Babe.." I heard distantly in my sleep. "KAYLA" Samaria yelled, I jumped up almost having a heart attack. "Sorry, we're here" She said with an innocent smile, she's so damn cute I couldn't help but to smile back at her. We got off the plane and went straight to the hotel, It was marvelous, it was the penthouse suite.
"Damn you showed out fa me huh?" I said turning to look at her smirking, she pecked my lips "Anything for you papa" I can't lie I know i'm using her as just a distraction but she's like the sweetest thing i'm not falling, it's just nice to know somebody cares.. Nicole cared but not like how samaria does, she's patient with me and nicole just gave up on me like I was nobody and meant nothing.
After putting everything away and settling in we showered and got comfortable, tomorrow is the day we have fun around town😊
