Herro!! So apparently I'm in the mood to write a really, really, really overdramatic cliche fanfic so here it is! A.k.a PruAus in a nutshell.
WARNING: CONTAINS FLUFFAND CLICHE-NESS. RISK OF FANGIRLING. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK. <3
"Stupid snow..." A very prissy aristrocrat mumbled to himself. A shiver ran down his spine as he shoved his gloved hands further into his pockets. He was currently freezing his Austrian ass off, all because his rival had decided to drag him outside in the middle of December for a walk, which did seem really out of character. Not that he minded that much anyway. It was true that it felt like below 0 degrees, he hated the outdoors and he hated walking in general, but he was head over heels for his Prussian rival. Honeslty, he loved the fact that he could use the cold to get close to Prussia.
"Halloooo! Roddy are you there?" Taunted the albino.
"Hm?" Roderich looked up and almost did a double take at the sight of Prussia. His already snow white hair was dusted with crystal snowflakes, making it shine more than usual. His cheeks and nose were rosy, making him look even more adorable and his ruby eyes were shining with excitment from the newly fallen snow. Little did he know, as soon as he looked up Prussia was almost about to lose it. Austria's hair was a bit messy from his hat and the snow crystals falling on his red nose was making him look soo god damn cute. He could tell his cheeks were red from the cold, but he was smart enough to realize he was blushing as well. He just hoped to god that Roderich didn't notice how his cheeks were flaming red, because blushing isn't awesome enough for the Awesome King of Awesome to be doing. He had to make an awesome smart remark in order to lighten the mood, and he knew full well that Austria wouldn't. (cue writer-chan overusing the word awesome)
"Kesesesese you okay there Roddy? See somehting awesome you like?" He asked mockingly, using the one nickname Austria hated the most.
"No, but J-ja I'm f-fine." He said, shaking his head. He could practically feel more heat rising to his cheeks. He looked away, hoping that Prussia wouldn't notice how fricken embarrassed he was. Prussia's smirk changed to a soft smile when he noticed Austria's embarassment. With anyone else he would have kept talking, but he was almost in love with the aristocrat. Thats why he took him out for a walk in the snow. He knew he would get cold, so it would give him an excuse to get closer and maybe even cuddle a little bit. His genuine smile grew even more until he was grinning like an idiot at the thought.
Awkward silence.
Austria shivered again, this time a little more noticably, catching Prussia's red eyes. Sympahty flickered through them for half a second as he watched Austria get colder. Cautiously taking his hand out of his pocket, he gently wrapped his arm around Austria to see what his reaction was. He assumed that the Austrian would push him off and turn around, but the reaction he got surprised him. Roderich snuggled closer to his torso, clearly flustered. Prussia tightened the grip he had and held him comfortably next to him. Roderich was blushing up a storm by now. This is just what he hoped would happen, although he was to afriad to try anything. He stole a glance at Prussia only to find him smiling a real smile, not the wise-ass smirk he usually had. That made his heart melt more than it already had, and he to started smiling like an idiot. Sighing, he rested his head on the taller albino's shoulder.
'This is great! I knew he wouldn't be able to resist my awesomeness.' Prussia thought to himself. Who knew that wrapping an arm around Austria would be one of the best decisions he ever made in his life? He started to notice how courage was building up inside of him, pushing him to tell the truth. He knew this was the perfect time and he could almost hear Spain and France nagging him to confess. He knew that if he told his friends about this and didn't confess they would never let him live it down. Taking a deep breath he stopped walking, which caught Roderich a little off guard.
"Something vrong?" Roderich asked him.
"Nein...I just...need to tell jou something." He said nervously.
"Vhat is it?"
'Okay, its now or never. You can do this, your awesome.' Prussia took Austria's hand gently in his own.
"I-Ich liebe...dich." He told the other, his face almost as red as his eyes. Violet eyes grew wide and the brunette's heart stopped for a split second. He felt Prussia let go of his hand and saw him look away. "I-I'm sorry. I understand if you don't love me back. I know I'm obnoxious and I never leave you alone and-"
"Sh. Don't be sorry. Ich liebe dich auch." Austria whispered the last part and wrapped his arms around Prussia's neck pulling him in for a hug. Prussia kissed the top of his head and returned the hug.
"R-really? I mean, I'm not surprised that you love this awesomness." He said, not failing to keep his title. The Austrian in his arms rolled his eyes and nuzzled into the crook of the albino's neck, making Prussia's chest swell with affection. He pulled back slightly and admired the violet eyes Austria had. Austria knew exactly what was going to happen next, and he couldn't help but smile shyly. Prussia leaned forward ever so slightly, hoping Austria wouldn't pull away. In fact he did just the opposite, hastily but sweetly closing the gap. Prussia smirked into the kiss, snaking his arms around the violet-eyed man's waist. After what seemed like not nearly enough time the two pulled apart to breathe. The Prussian brought Austria even closer, if that was even possible, and rested his chin on his newfound lover's head. Austria smiled into the other's chest and enjoyed the warmth. They stayed like that for a while, before deciding it was to cold to stay out. They walked back to Prussia and Germany's house (mansion?), hand in hand.
Maybe the outdoors wasn't so bad after all?
Ahhhh I died trying to imagine this <333 I know I probaly went a little to overboard with that but you know, you can't go wrong with PruAus. Unless you ship something else which is fine to xD
