Quirk Description: Can fly with wings that are only visible when the quirk is activated. Her whole body can glow, but only at night when activated.
Quirk Drawbacks: After using her glow quirk, her vision becomes temporary foggy/blurred. If activated for too long, it may result in temporary blindness and her skin may slightly sting.

Occupation: Student in Class 1A, Part-time job at a movie theater (4 hours Mon-Fri after school, 5 hours Sat-Sun, makes $10/hour)
Family: Younger Brother, age 11 named Kiyo, same quirk as Hotaru (from mother). Mother passed away 4 years ago due to cancer. Abusive alcoholic father abandoned them 2 years ago. The two siblings currently share a special large 2-bed dorm with approval from Principal Nezu and Aizawa.
