the past few weeks at the burrow was amazing for Harper, she loved being with a family that excepted her even though she was a Slytherin, right now, the Weasley's and Harper were seated at the dinner table discussing what was about to happen the next morning
"ok so we will be taking portkey with another family called the Diggory's" all the girls look to each other smirking, everyone knew that Cedric was a hot guy, the boys roll their eye's and Harper catches George looking at her with the weirdest look that Harper couldn't quite put her finger on, instead, she looks to Ginny who was whispering to Hermione about something, yes, Hermione and Harry were both staying at the burrow for the quidditch cup
"is everyone packed for tomorrow?" everyone nods as Harper feels a tinge of sadness that she won't be going
"Harper?" she looks up at Fred who was watching her reaction
"Mmm"
"did u pack?" Harper sits there confused and to what Fred was talking about
"huh?" Ginny smirks at her friend before taking her hands
"Harper Grant, will u give us the honour of coming to the quidditch cup with us?" Harper sits there shocked, no, they already have money troubles, i can't get them to pay for me, she thinks
"oh uh- I don't wanna be rude, i mean its a family thing so I'll probably just go back to Hogwarts for the rest of the holidays once you guys leave" Ginny rolls her eyes before turning to her family
"who here votes that Harper should join us on this adventure and that she won't be intruding" everyone raises their hands but Harry and Hermione
"see, those two don't want me coming so i won't go" Ginny looks to the two with an upset look
"wait- were we meant to vote as well?" Ginny laughs at Harry and nods
"oh then we both want you coming" Harper smiles at the two and turns to Ginny
"well i guess i need to pack" Ginny squeals at her friend
"well i have to prepare with mum so, Fred, George, do you mind helping?" they nod at the same time, which, Harper found both amusing and scary
"No that's ok, i'm sure you boys have better things to do, i can handle packing i've done it multiple times before" the two boys shook there heads insisting that they help, so Harper and the boys go up stairs and start to pack, the main reason Harper didn't want them to help was because she has a lot of things she has been hiding, once they walk in, Harper goes to her suitcase and starts chucking things into a bag, the boys come over to start helping but Harper refuses to let them, so, the twins come up with a little plan of their own, while Harper was busy trying to hide whatever she was hiding from the boys, George grabbed Harper from behind and lifted her up, she squealed as her feet left the floor but soon realised who it was
"Fred please don't go through my bag" she pleaded
"why not? it's not like you're hiding anything, right?" Harper shook her head, she may have said no, but she actually meant yes, the twin picks out some outfits and surprisingly he has good taste
