It's been a couple hours since Joshua got here. And here we are watching Netflix on my laptop. My head kept playing the same words over and over again as the film was playing. Worthless. I didn't understand what was his problem with me. He seemed to like Evie, but then again everyone does.

I sighed shutting the laptop screen placing it on the coffee table.

"It's a Saturday night, we shouldn't stay in." I suggested standing up from the couch.

His body stood up fixing his shirt. "What do you have in mind? I'm not sure of any parties tonight." He said running his fingers through his blonde hair.

I told him about the club that Evie and I went too last night. Even though clubs weren't my thing, I needed a reason to clear my head.

"I'm just gonna go change and I'll be out in 15 minutes." I yelled running to the bedroom.

I grabbed out the white dress I owned, grabbing the small red pumps for my feet. Opening the dresser I grabbed the matching white panties and bra set. Tossing my clothes off, until I was only in my underwear, I looked at the mirror across from my bed. My hand running across the scar on my tummy. Harry wasn't the only person who thought I was worthless. I shook my head getting rid of the thoughts tossing the white dress overtop. I already had mascara on from this morning and my hair was still straighten.

I grabbed the perfume off the dresser spraying it directly onto my skin, rubbing into my neck. I headed into the living where Joshua sat. He was wearing a simply outfit, dark blue jeans with a white T-shirt.

"Ready?" I questioned grabbing the apartment keys off the table. He stood up following behind me as I closed the apartment door.

The club was a 15 minute walk into town. The air tonight was cool but not as bad as yesterday's. The moonlight light up the streets. The streets were filled with people, loud chatter filling the air.

"So uh have you spoke to Damon?" Just hearing the name sent a shock through my body. No one talks about Damon.

My eyes glued to my feet with every step I took.

"No, why would you ask that?" I groaned annoyed. Damon was friends with Joshua who eventually became my boyfriend. Ex-boyfriend.

I looked up watching him scratch his head as if something was on his mind. I nudged him with my elbow grabbing his full attention. We both stopped in our tracks right outside the club.

"He uh, he called me the other day asking about you." His voice barely spoke. My body was cold. It felt as if someone dump a bucket full of ice on me. I felt my skin getting paler, the color leaving my rosy cheeks.

He coughed shoving his hands in his pocket before speaking up, "I told him I haven't heard from you but that I imagine you're okay and busy." I could tell he was trying to make me feel better.

My mind flashback 4 months ago.

"I wasn't doing anything wrong Damon! He was asking a simple question in which I have every right to answer!" I yelled once we got back into his house.

I heard the door slam shut behind me, him throwing his coat onto the couch.

"You were fucking flirting with him Julia! Don't think I didn't see the way your eyes were looking at him. You don't always have to be such a fucking whore!" He yelled his face instantly red. His eyes almost popped out of the sockets.

My eyes widen at the name.

"Fuck you damon!" I yelled pushing past him to the front door. The next minute I felt my small body slammed against the front door, my face facing his. I watched his eyes as they were now cold and dark, no longer the icy blue.

I felt a hard slap across my face. My cheek immediately feeling a stinging sensation. My eyes started to water as I realized what just happened.

I felt his hands grip onto mine, his fingernails digging into my skin, drawing blood.

"You don't speak to me like what you worthless piece of shit." He yelled tossing my body to the floor.

A loud thump was heard as my body hit the floor. I whimpered in pain. I felt his hands hold me down as he climbed on top of me. His hips holding my body in place so I couldn't get up. My eyes letting the water trail down my now sore cheek. Damon always had a temper problem. He pulled out a shiny object from his back pocket.

I watched as he flicked it open. A small pocket knife. My eyes widen at the sight. I tried to push him off, begging him to let me go.

"If you're going to act like a whore, you'll be treated like one." His voice yelled, his hands pulling up my shirt, using the cold blade sliding down my chest all the way to below my belly button. I felt the cold metal press against my skin, the next thing I saw was blood.

"Julia you okay?" I was snapped out of my thoughts.

I noticed we were in front of the line about to head into the club. My breathing was heavy, my body shaking. My stomach hurt. I felt like I was going to pass out. I didn't wanna remember anymore, I never want to relive that night again. I did something tonight I told myself I was never going to do. Drink.

"I need a drink." I mumbled walking into the club, heading straight to the bar. I ordered a straight shot. I was going to get drunk and I didn't care anymore.

Three shots down. Three empty shot glasses sat in front of me. And the thing was, I felt nothing. I ordered another one, as the bartender placed it in front of me I heard a familiar laugh, Evies laugh. I looked up across the bar and there she was, with Niall and the famous Harry.

I laughed at the sight. Shaking my head, what a lovely night.

"You good?" Joshua spook up taking a sip from his drink.

I nodded grabbing my shot and heading across the bar where the fun was.

"Well if it's isn't the perfect group." I yelled grabbing the threes attention. Niall was holding a drink in his hand, while Evie stood between his legs.

Her eyes landed on the shot glass, locking eyes with me clearly seeing I was drunk for the first time. Confusion I could read on her face.

"Let me just say, you guys are cute together. But Evie a little suggestion, don't talk to other men because you wouldn't want to be punished for it." I laughed taking the shot. Feeling the stingy sensation down my throat. My eyes were blurry.

I felt a hand on my back looking up to see Joshua standing behind me. His hands were warm, it felt nice.

"You got her drunk! What the hell did you do?" I heard Evie yell pushing out of Nialls legs. I watched as Niall stood up holding onto Evie's arm as if she was gonna fight Josh.

"She wanted to come here tonight, I didn't offer her a drink, she's a grown women if she wants a drink she can have one!" He spoke defensively.

I watched as they glared at each other. The tension becoming high.

"She doesn't drink! But of course you somehow manage to make her." Evie pushed Nialls hands off grabbing the shot glass out my hand. My vision going in and out. I looked past Niall and Evie seeing Harry standing there. No drink in his hand. My eyes trailed up his body, god he looked good in a black t-shirt. My eyes trailed to his face, his eyes staring hard at Joshua not a single blink.

"I didn't make her! I asked about Damon and the next thing I know she's shooting down shots like it's water." He was annoyed. Josh hated Evie and Evie hated josh.

My eyes landed on Evie her eyes going wide as if she saw a ghost. Evie was the only person who knew what happened with Damon and she vowed to never mention him to me.

"Harry, can you please take Julia back to her apartment." I heard her high pitched voice, giving josh a glare.

Harry take me back to my place? I don't think so.

"I can walk on my own thank you." I huffed rubbing my tired eyes. My head hurt. My legs felt weak. The next thing I know I'm being lifted off the ground and tossed over shoulders. The smell of cologne hitting my nose as my eyes were glued shut.
