lily walked up to her room after dinner and looked under her mattress. she found her diary and sighed before opening it, she didn't want to look in it since she wrote all her mixed emotions. today was a good day and she didn't wanna ruin it, she opened it to the first page and smiled at what she found. it was the first thing she ever wrote and it was about vinnie, she got the diary to write all her feelings down about him hoping they would go away. unfortunately they didn't, she was stuck crushing on someone who saw her only as a friend.

her smile turned into a frown, she wrote that the day her and vinnie stopped talking since he started dating faith.
lily could list a million ways faith has ruined her life, but she decided to leave all that to a lter date.

"vinnie?" jordan waved his hand in front of his face since he was spaced out.
"hm? yeah.." he looked at him before burying his head into his hands, "where did i go wrong man" jordan sighed.
"i don't know vin, all i know is that there are so many girls out there who want you"
"yeah, but do i want them?"
"i know someone who you'd like" vinnie raised his eyebrows.
"really who?"
"lily" vinnies head snapped toward him before he burst out laughing.
"no fuking way, lily?" he yelled while still laughing.
"i'm not kidding!" vinnie rolled his eyes.
"wheres your proof?"
"i don't have it yet."
"so i can't trust you" he popped his lips together and jordan shrugged.
"just wait, cause i'll have it soon"
"sure" vinnie scoffed before turning into jordans driveway, "say hi to your mom for me" he winked and jordan shuddered.
"thanks for putting that image in my head" he patted his shoulder before walking away.
