(Humanity POV)
It had been 40 years since the tournament of power had occurred, and over the course of 40 years, we encountered and defeated Broly, saved Buu from the Galactic Prison, and participated in the 27th and 28th world martial arts tournaments. It was also over the course of 40 years that me and 21 had two children, one was a boy and another a girl. We named the boy Sapphire, and we named the girl Rose. Sapphire had gotten the abilities of his mom, so he was mainly of Majin blood, while Rose had gotten my abilities and was of demon blood and had a pair of wings on her back. Sapphire was 30 and Rose was 20.
Age 820
(Humanity POV)
I sighed as I sat outside, looking off into the distance. Rose then walked out and sat next to me, "What's wrong dad? You look stressed"
"Well, things have just been so 'at peace' recently, it's kinda lackluster is all, but I've also been thinking..." I trailed off for a second
"Thinking about what?" Rose asked
"About the afterlife, I know that peace isn't truly forever, but I kinda just wanna pass on to the afterlife, you know?" Rose was confused by this
"But you're immortal, not only that, but mom's an android, how would either of you get to the afterlife?" Rose asked
"I would think that if Shenron is capable of granting immortality, he can surely take it away"
Her eyes widened at this.
"But if you and mom are gone, then who's gonna be our mentor?" She asked, slightly upset
"W-Well, you still have Sapphi-"
"No! I don't want you guys to go! You've always been there for us and now you're thinking of death?!" Rose was tearing up, I hugged her, she wiped her tears.
"Look, it's not that we want to die, me and your mom just want to be at peace, both of us have had our hardships and we just want to pass on and live peacefully, trust me, we don't want to leave you two, but as me and mom see our closest friends pass away, we start to look at the new generation: You and Sapphire" She looked up at me
"Us? We're the new generation?" She asked
"Yeah, the two of you carry our blood, and one day, the two of you will have offspring of your own and our bloodline will carry on, through you two" I said as she hugged me, but that's when things got weird, the sky got dark, it was a sign: Shenron was being summoned.
At that moment, 21 landed in front of me and Rose, "Humanity, what is happening?!"
"Shenron's being summoned, but something's not right" I got up and was about to take off when Rose stopped me
"Wait, what about us?" She asked
"Watch over your brother, we'll be back" And with that, me and 21 flew off towards a large tower where Shenron was, we landed near Vegeta and Goku
"Guys, what's going on?! It looks like the fabric of reality has been ripped in two?!" I asked in panic
"No time to talk, we need to take out the tower, Kakarot, you ready?" Vegeta asked
"Yeah, let's go!" Goku replied as we all charged our signature moves and fired at the tower
"FINAL FLASH!" Vegeta screamed
"YIN YANG DESTRUCTION!" I screamed
"PHOTON FLASH!" 21 screamed
"KA... ME... HA... ME... HAAAAAA!!!!" Goku screamed
And with that, the tower blew up and was gone, reality was saved... For now
A While Later...
"So Vegeta, you're the God of Destruction now?" I asked Vegeta
"Yeah, it was the only way to prevent Bulma from being erased" Vegeta stated bluntly
I chuckled to myself, "All this time I wondered what it would be like to be the God of Destruction, but now that I see it on you, I'm glad I didn't step up to the plate all those years ago"
"Tch!" Vegeta scowled
"Anyways, so what did Shin say about the dragon balls after the "incident"?" I asked
"He stated that they can no longer be used to extend a person's lifespan, grant immortality, or raise the dead." Vegeta stated
So they can still take away immortality I'm assuming I thought to myself
"Yeah, that sounds pretty great, I guess we can only look towards the years ahead" I stated
13 Years Later...
It had been 13 years since the dragon ball incident. Bulma had finally passed on. Me, 21, Vegeta, and Goku were all at her grave.
"She's really gone... She was a smart woman and an even better wife" 21 stated
"Agreed" I commented
"I feel your pain Vegeta, I knew Bulma since I was a kid, when Chichi died I--" Goku said
"Save it Kakarot, do you seriously think I'm as pitiful and pathetic as you, I don't need your pity, nor do I need anyone else's" Vegeta stated pridefully.
"I was just trying to be sympathetic. You don't have to be such a jerk all the time" Goku retaliated.
"Tch!" Vegeta scowled
So yeah, Bulma was gone, just like a petal in the wind.
35 years later...
(Humanity POV)
It had been 35 years since the dragon balls were used to almost destroy the world, I decided it was time, I used the dragon balls and summoned Shenron with 21.
"Do you think he'll do it?" She asked
"If he could grant immortality, he can surely take it away" I replied
"But how will I come with you?" She asked worried
"Wish for your life to be tied to mine, it worked for Krillan and 18, so I have faith it'll work for us" and at that moment, Shenron appeared, "Oh almighty Shenron, I have summoned you here for two wishes"
"One for each of you?" Shenron asked
"Y-Yes, that's the gist of it" 21 replied
"Okay, what is your wish Humanity?" Shenron asked
"I wish to be stripped of my immortality and eternal youth" Shenron's mouth was agape
"Are you sure? As far I know, you're really the only being with immortality besides Vegeta, the Zenos, and the Supreme Kai, but I can do it. Are you absolutely sure about this? Once it's gone, you won't get it back" Shenron asked
"I'm sure of it, that is my wish" I replied
"So be it" Shenron stated as the grey soon revealed itself, my hair went from black to white, my prime gone, and wrinkles forming, 21 was surprised, "Now, Android 21, what is your wish?"
"I wish to have my life tied to Humanity's life, so that we are connected" 21 stated
"So be it" Shenron stated as I felt 21's lifeforce attach to me, I pulled her in for a hug and waved to Shenron.
"Thanks Shenron, this means a lot, Thank you" And with that, Shenron was gone.
21 looked me in the eyes, "So what happens now?"
"Well, I would've died at 100 without immortality, but since I had my immortality stricken from me, I now will live for a certain number of months depending on how many centuries I lived after 100, which is 10 centuries, which is 1,000 years, which means I have 10 months before I die, or should I say, before we die" I explained to her
"Well, at least we'll have some time to spend with the kids and truly say goodbye to them" She smiled at me and kissed my cheekm "I love you Humanity~"
"I love you too 21~" I kissed her forehead and hugged her.
9 months later...
(Humanity POV)
Only one more month, have to make it count. Me and 21 were out just enjoying the day.
"I'm pretty bored, Let's go see Sapphire and Rose" I said to 21
"That would be nice, let's go" She said as I teleported us to Sapphire and Rose, they instantly saw us and ran over to us, hugging us.
"Mom! Dad!" They both shouted as we smiled
"Hey kiddos, it's been a while, hasn't it?" I said smiling
"Yeah! We missed you guys!" Sapphire stated, "Hey kids, come outside and say hi to Grandma and Grandpa"
"We have grandkids?" 21 asked
"Yeah, me and Sapphire found our true loves and had a family with them, Sapphire met this girl named Alice and I met a nice guy named Mason" Rose explained
"That's amazing! We're so happy for you two!" 21 exclaimed
At that moment, the kids of Sapphire and Rose ran outside, two of them ran to me and the other two ran to 21. We scooped up the both of them.
"Hey Dad, the two you're holding are Joshua and Marylin" Sapphire said to me
"They are cute as ever! Son" I commented
"And Mom, you're holding Jocelyn and Matt" Rose said to 21
"I'm happy for both of you!" 21 smiled
We all shared a laugh and looked off into the sunset, looking towards the future ahead.
1 Month Later, The last hour on Earth...
(Humanity POV)
12:00 Midnight, that was when I was going to die, I just knew it. There I was, sitting on a hill watching over the sea
I heard 21 teleport behind me, she sat down beside me, "Hey honey, not too long before the end, huh?"
I let out a sigh, "It sure as hell looks like it, funny to see how the years have passed"
"I know what might cheer you up, how about a sparring match, for old times sake?" She asked me
"Sure, but don't go easy on me" we both got up and got into a sparring stance
"Who said I was?" 21 instant transmissioned behind me and hit me with a strong kick into a rock, I grunted but smiled
"So you haven't gone soft on me, that's good to know~" I commented, "But does the fire still burn in you?"
I charge rushed 21 and threw a punch. She attempted to catch it, but it was an illusion as I appeared behind her and restrained her.
"Rggh! You're just as strong as you were when we first met~" She said as she smiled up at me and spun around in my arms. She wrapped her arms around my neck, "But your sweetness is something I always adored and enjoyed in you~"
I cupped her cheeks and kissed her, "The feeling's mutual 21, I love you so much~"
We kissed for a while until Vegeta showed up, "Humanity, I sense your life energy fading, from what I can sense, you only have 5 minutes left"
I snapped my fingers and teleported Sapphire and Rose to us, they were slightly confused as they spoke, "Dad? Mom? What's going on?"
"Kiddos, our time is up, your mom and I are gonna be gone soon, embrace us one last time" I said as they ran up and hugged us.
"We'll miss you" Rose said teary faced
"We'll miss you too, but we know both of you will be okay" 21 replied as she stroked Rose's hair gently
And with that, the last of my life force left my body and I passed away with 21. Our bodies vanished and what remained was a portrait of me and 21 holding one another close while smiling.
In The Afterlife...
(Humanity POV)
White. That was all that remained. What stood in front of us was a temple of sorts and a huge figure sat at a desk. Me and 21 walked up to the desk, "Excuse me sir?"
The giant figure spoke, "What? Who is there?" He looks over the desk, "Who are?- Hold on, The demon and the android?"
"Yes King Yemma, it is us" 21 replied
"You two have assisted Goku and have helped save the world multiple times over, not only that, but Humanity, you have saved the world several times in the past before Goku even came to Earth, I find that worthy of going to Heaven, your wife included" 21 was so happy and she kissed my cheek
"Thank you King Yemma, we appreciate it" I said as we were transported to Heaven. The first face we saw upon entering was the face of King Kai.
"Welcome to Heaven, brave warri- Wait, Humanity, is that you?" King Kai asked
"Yeah, it's me King Kai" I replied
"So you finally kicked the bucket for good, eh?" King Kai asked
"Yep, it's time for the new generation to move forward" I stated
"Yeah, that's great, who's this with you?" King Kai asked 21
"I am Android 21, wife of Humanity" 21 stated proudly as she kissed my cheek
"Wow, and you tied the knot, I'm impressed" King Kai said as he looked at me, at that moment, a familiar face showed up, it was Goku.
"Hey King Kai, who's he-?" He then noticed me and 21, "Humanity! 21! It's good to see you guys!" He hugged us tight as me and 21 smiled.
"It's good to see you too, Goku" I said as we were squeezed tight. Goku then let go, another familiar face, no, two familiar faces showed up, it was 18 and Krillian.
"Hey Goku, what's all the-" She looked at 21 and ran up and hugged her, "21! You're finally here!"
"Yes, and what a joy it is to be here, 18" 21 said as she hugged 18 back.
I gave a fist bump to Krillian and let out a small laugh, "It feels good to be here, finally at peace"
21 walked over to me and wrapped her arms around my neck, "It's even better when that eternal peace is spent with you~" She then pushed me down and locked lips with me passionately. Everyone awed at the display.
"I love you Humanity, now and eternally~" 21 cooed on top of me.
"I love you too 21, you're my sweet sunflower~" I cooed in response as we both got up and sat underneath a tree, finally at peace.
