CHAPTER 6

Author's P.O.V.

Zayn had a crush on Hina ever since they were kids, he had fallen inlove with the girl's kind and humble personality which he rarely saw in most girls back then. He was so into her, but he did not tell Hina.

He was afraid that it would ruin their friend ship and tear them apart. When Hina left? He had regretted not telling Hina how he felt about her.

He was sad at the time, he had lost his only friend and he felt lost. He would go out at their back yard and look at the stars at night. He remembered that Hina said, when you see a shooting star? Make a wish! And it will be granted.

Every night Zayn would go outside and look up the sky, hoping to find a shooting star, hoping that once he had wished, it would be granted.
He had almost gave up, until one night, he had finally found one! A shooting star!

Desperate, he finally said his wish

"I wish that I would meet Hina again, I wish to tell her how I feel"

He said, and with that he had happily gone up to his room to go to bed.

Every morning he would wake up and hope that Hina would return, he would hope that his wish would come true.

It was the same thing for 2 years, He had countlessly hoped that the older would come back and that they could be together, But after two years with no success he had finally given up.

He began to keep a journal. each and every day he would write a note for the girl, tho he would never have the courage to give it to the female, it still gave him happiness.

Once he went out side to look at the stars again, he saw another shooting star.

A tear had fallen from his cheeks as he said:

"Hina-nee.. No matter where you are, You're my Shooting star"

And after 8 years of hoping to see the elder girl again, he finally found her!

And what makes it even better is that they were neighbors, it all felt nice, and all reminded him of his beautiful childhood that he had spent along with Hina.
