Scary as it sounds when we're little,
Beautiful as our elders say,
Life is something to cherish
Each and every day.
Some say it's a hassle,
Or a waste of time,
Might say it's pointless,
Cold, and full of grime
But life is not pointless
for you are here
Have lived through the struggle,
Pain,
and fear.
Followed a rabbit into a hole,
Dug your way out
Using only your soul.
That determination to live every day,
