CHAPTER TWO | BABY GIRL

"It's a girl," The Doctor told us.

Originally I wanted a gender reveal party, but with Colby's schedule, it wasn't possible to do so we asked the doctor to tell us the gender.

"Is she healthy?" Colby asked the doctor.

"She is and is growing very well; we're looking at a late November and early December due date for this one instead of mid-December," The Doctor answered.

Colby placed a hand on my baby bump as the doctor explained the changes I should notice in my body around this seventeenth week of pregnancy.

"Don't worry, Doc, I have her very relaxed at home," Colby told the doctor.

"Good," The Doctor said with a smile.

"Is it okay that she still workouts, right?" Colby asked the doctor as he was concerned that I was still lifting weights.

I rolled my eyes.

"She did it during her previous pregnancies, so it's fine just don't push yourself, Majestas, since you want a natural at-home birth," The Doctor replied.

I nodded.

"Okay," I said.

We left the doctor's office with our next appointment scheduled for next month.

"So, should we let Maryse throw you that gender reveal even though we already know the gender?" Colby asked as we got in the car.

"No, but I might do something for social media or maybe tell our friends and family what we're having, then keep it to ourselves," I explained.

Colby nodded.

"I'm okay with whatever you want to do," He said.

I smiled.

"Awe, baby," I said.

Colby chuckled.

"Now, let's go shopping for our new baby girl," Colby said.

I squealed.

"Yes!" I exclaimed.
