"Hey kitten." I got startled by Gerard. He smiles and pulls me into a hug which I hug him back. "How has my sugar been?" "I'm fine I'm just bored." I plop down on his bed and look out the window to see the heavy rain. Gee bends down beside his bed next to me. I look over at him and sigh.
His eyes widen like he thought of something exciting. "How about... we go on an adventure?" "Really? Pfft, like we could even go anywhere in this rain." "We're not gonna go anywhere we are gonna be here." I looked at him confused. He got up and went out the bedroom door. "Come on (y/n)." I have no idea what Gerard wants to do but I get up and go anyways.
He's putting on a rain coat and rain boots. "Okay Gee, you aren't really gonna go outside." He had a small smirk on his face. "Watch me." He went out the door. "Wait-" I didn't wanna leave him out there so I also put on some rain clothes and ran outside.
"Gerard?" I didn't see him. "This isn't fun it's just wet and pouring down rain." I still didn't see him. "Well I'm going back inside." I turn to head inside. Gerard jumps out with a loud, "BOO!" I fall down in fright. "JEEZ I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK!" I look at how my pants are all soggy from the big puddle I fell in. "Gee thanks for making my clothes wet."
Gerard noticed how annoyed I was and he frowned. "I'm sorry I just wanted to have fun." I give him a sympathetic look. "It's okay just help me up." He grabs my hand but before he can pull me up I bring him towards me and make him fall into the puddle. "(Y/N)!" He's flabbergasted and I die of laughter. "Now I'm having fun." Gerard rolls his eyes with a tiny side smile on his face.
I get up and help him up. Gerard goes over to the porch and turns on his Bluetooth speaker. He puts on my favorite song. "Aww" I thought out loud. He makes a bee line to me. Gerard swiftly picks me up and spins me in the air. He puts me back down and slow dances with me.
I lay my head on his shoulder. I can feel the rain drops drip onto my coat. I couldn't want more than to have this closeness with Gerard dancing in the rain. Everything felt perfect.
Gerard slowly stops dancing. He holds my face in his hand and kisses me passionately. I fall deep into the kiss. Rain sprinkles between our faces and soon enough the rain has stopped. And so did the kiss.
He looked at me and smiled, "I told you we would go on an adventure." I smile softly, "Definitely."
