We walked to the inn after finding one. My friends had confused faces, I wondered why. We walked up to the front desk and Eva got us a room. Surprisingly there was a room big enough for all of us. That was a little weird if you asked me. We walked to our room. I looked around, now I understood why they had a room big enough for us all. It was the attic, they must have decided to turn it into a bedroom.
"Ok then, Yugo I think that we all have a question." said Ruel
"Yeah?" I asked
"Why did you storm off from the girl?" asked Armagone
"You didn't see what she was doing?" I asked
"No, what was it." asked Adami
"Chibi, care to tell them?" I asked
"I, umm. Can you tell Yugo?" asked Chibi
"She kept on glaring at Chibi, it annoyed me a lot." I said
"Oh, well then I get it." said Dally
"Huh?" asked Chibi
"One time, me, Eva, Elely, and Flopin were in a town. Someone went to talk to us and I noticed them glaring at me and Elely, probably because we're iops and it made me very angry when he glared at Elely." said Dally
"Yeah, I was too." said Eva
"Great then you all understand." I said
"Yeah." said Amalia
"Lets get some sleep guys." said Ruel
"Ok." said Rubilax
I woke up to someone shaking me in the middle of the night. I opened my eyes to see Chibi and Amalia.
"Whats wrong?" I asked quickly getting up
"I don't know Chibi won't stop crying though." said Amalia
I walked over and picked up Chibi. I sat down with him on the rug, staring him in the eyes.
"Do you think that you can tell me what happened Chibi?" I asked softly
"I.. I saw stuff while sleeping.." said Chibi
"Oh, I think that you had a nightmare buddy." I said
"Whats a nightmare?" asked Chibi
"Its where your brain shows you something scary because it can't make sense of what you are thinking about." said Amalia sitting down next to us.
"Can you tell me what happened?" I asked
"I saw, people hurt. I saw you Yugo you were so hurt and I don't know why.." said Chibi he was crying again.
"I have dreams like that too." I said
"Really?" asked Chibi
"Yeah." I said
Amalia looked at me as if she was scared of what I had been seeing. She should be scared.
Chibi sat on my lap and curled into me.
"Can we go to the secret hideout?" asked Chibi
"I can try." I said getting up.
"Whats the secret hideout?" asked Amalia
"I can't tell you." I said
"Its a secret!" said Chibi, he seemed to be in a better mood.
I walked over to the roof window and opened it. I hopped onto the roof and laid down where the wind wasn't reaching us fully. Chibi curled up next to me in my side. Amalia laid down on my other side.
"Why do you guys hang out on the roof?" asked Amalia
"Like I said, it's a secret." said Chibi yawning
"You can't tell someone else a secret, especially if the person you share the secret with doesn't want you to." I said
"Ok then." said Amalia
I looked at Chibi and noticed he was asleep already. A few minutes later so was I.
I woke up still on the roof, except we weren't all in the same positions as we were when we fell asleep. My chest had become Amalia's pillow and I could hardly breathe, and Chibi had flattened my tail and had full on curled up on top of it. My tail was numb.
"Yugo where are you?" I heard Adami say/thought
"Help.. Can't breathe.. Roof" was all I was able to say/think
Adami and my group appeared on the roof shortly.
"What happened I thought you were in danger?" asked Adami
"Still.. can't breathe.." I sqeezed out the sentence
"Stop lying and ge- wait you never lie. You actually can't breathe?" asked Adami
Dally got a small cup of water and dumped it on Amalia's head waking her up.
"WHAT, HAIR, DRESS, YUGO, CHIBI, NIGHTMARE, ROOF, SLEEP!" yelled Amalia as she woke up
I took a deep breath.
"Now I can breathe." I said
"Wait what happened?" asked Amalia
"You ended up using me as a pillow." I said
"Oh. Sorry." said Amalia
"Now that your done acting like you- wait you don't ever joke like that... YOU ACTUALLY COULDN"T BREATHE?" asked Amalia
"Nope." I said
"Ok.. care to explain what happened?" asked a very confused Ruel
"Chibi had a nightmare. Amalia woke up. She then woke me up after failing to calm Chibi. Chibi wanted to go to the secret hideout. We fell asleep. I ended up not being able to breathe." I said
"Ok then.. That makes more sense." said Eva
