Chapter 15: A Nightmare Of Yugo's

Hey guys! So, I ship Amalia and Yugo together. I am sorry if you don't. Ok then the reason I said this is because I don't want people to send hate my way if they are reading this and I didn't say that I ship them. You also probably saw a hint of my shipping in the last chapter though. Now that that's out of the way, TO THE CHAPTER! -ItsAlreadyEve :3

YUGO'S POV

We had found a place to camp after the bug incident and I had finally eaten. After that we all went to sleep. Once I fell asleep I had a nightmare, although this one was worse then normal. The nightmares started after Adami went missing. Once I got him back I thought they went away. I guess that the incident with Oropo just made them worse.

NIGHTMARE:

I was in a room, a lot like the one Oropo had trapped me in when I went into his head. A screen appeared. I saw Oropo going to the world of twelve. Everyone loved him there. People hung out with him a lot, and at some point people forgot about me. The eliatrope people made him king instead, him and Amalia got married, Echo was alive. Oropo was able to bring back Nox and got him to regain his sanity. Oropo also made it so Quilby was not a bad guy anymore and helped with making the eliatrope people a city. I walked through a town, no one noticed me, it was like I was invisible. The brotherhood had accepted Oropo and he had joined it as well. Even the brotherhood forgot about me. Adami didn't call me brother anymore, instead Oropo was his brother. I was alone and helpless. I gave nothing to the world. Just an empty thing taking up space.

BACK TO REALITY:

I woke up crying. Everyone else was sleeping, I couldn't bother them with this anyways. It wasn't their problem. I sat up.  I was still crying. I didn't want anyone to hear me so I got up and walked away from them. I found a stream and sat down on a tree branch. My tail was hanging down. I started sobbing quietly. My tears just fell into the stream.

AMALIA'S POV

I had woken up to someone crying. At first I though it was Chibi who was sleeping on the ground with Grougle next to me, but they were sleeping. I looked up and saw Yugo sitting up crying. He got up and started walking away. I got up and followed him, he ended up sitting on a branch over the water. He was quietly sobbing now. I made a vine and quietly sat down on the branch. He didn't notice me. I thought that was odd. His tail and ears were down, probably showing that he was sad. I came over and hugged him. He just noticed I was there and it shocked him.

"I'm s-sorry for waking you up." said Yugo pulling away

"It's ok. Are you ok Yugo?" I asked

"I'm fine just had a nightmare." said Yugo looking away

"Do you need to talk about it?" I asked

"Not really." said Yugo

"Yugo you need to talk to someone especially if you are hurt." I said

"It doesn't matter. I woke you up and I'm sorry, you should probably go back to bed. I'll stop bothering you. " said Yugo getting up

I grabbed his shoulders and made him stare into my eyes.

"You are not bothering anyone. You are not a bother at all. You are hurt and it hurts me to see you this hurt Yugo. Please tell me what's wrong I don't want to see you hurt like this anymore. I woke up because I was worried Yugo, I followed you because I care about how you are feeling. Your feelings do matter Yugo and you don't need to be dealing with this pain alone, do you hear me." I said

Yugo was crying now. I pulled him into a hug and just held him for a while well he cried silently.

"Oropo came to our world in my dream." he said after a while. 

"What happened after that?" I asked slowly

"People loved him. The eliatrope people chose him as their king. He joined the brotherhood, Adami stopped calling me brother and instead gave the title to him. He found Nox and helped him regain his sanity. He also helped Quilby and got him on our side. You married him, and I was forgotten." said Yugo still crying.

"Oh Yugo, I could never forget about you." I said while hugging him again

I rubbed his head while he just cried. This seemed to calm him.

"Amalia can I trust you?" asked Yugo

"Of course you can Yugo." I said

Yugo pulled away and pulled off his hat. I just sat there staring and them.

"Are they ugly?" asked Yugo backing away

"There beautiful Yugo." I said

"Really?" asked Yugo

"There the prettiest thing I have ever seen." I said

"Thank you." said Yugo

I reached over and pet his ears. Yugo froze and looked at me.

"Why does that feel so weird?" asked Yugo

"I don't know. But your ears are so soft!" I said petting them.

I noticed that Yugo's tail was wagging by this.

"You seem happy." I said

"Huh?" asked Yugo

"Your tail is wagging!" I said

"Oh." said Yugo

We sat there until dawn before Yugo put his hat back on and we headed back to the brotherhood.
