chapter 5

Todoroki POV;

"Alright it's only about time till the hero's find out where our temporary HQ is." Tomura stated.

"So what your saying is that we should move out?' Dabi asked.

"Exactly." He answered. "I would like you guys to go looking for another abandoned facility, to make our HQ, as for you Todoroki I want you to find Y/N L/N, and retreat her, I don't care how you do it just make it quick."

I sighed and nodded.

On the bright side I might get a chance to see Y/N again.

The others left.
Following Tomura's orders.

I walked out of the door of an abandoned factory that we used as our temporary HQ.
Now where could she possibly be?
The obvious answer that came to my mind is at school, but it is way to risky to just walk into an place crowded with high ranked heroes.

It is an possibility that she might be on a mission....
If it would be any mission it would probably be to track me down..
which means that she will probably go back to the alleyway, where we first met!

I smirked as I made my way.

Time Skip (arrived to the alley)

All right now all I have to do is to wait for her.
Which is much easier said than done, you can say, I'm not the most patient guy you've ever met.

I sighed as I leaned back on the dark brick wall, underneath a shadow.
I decided to preserve my energy and crouch down.
Still aware of my surroundings of course.

I ruffled my hair with my hands.

How did I manage it to do this last time? Without dying from boredom of course!

*Meow*

I gasped!
I had almost forgotten about the cats!

The last time I was here, I met a family of stray cats.
I picked one up, by the arm's can nuzzled my nose into it.

I may be a villain but that doesn't stop my affection for cat's!

...

Then I heard footsteps.. it couldn't have been Y/N's since these footsteps were loud and heavy.
And Y/N knows how to sneak around. That's how she caught me off guard.

I quickly dropped the cat, my face red from embarrassment.

I quickly stood up, and slipped back into the shadows.

"HEY HEY HEY STOP HIDING AND COME OUT!" A short guy (or at least a short compared to me) with spiky blonde hair and crimson eyes yelled out.

"I mean if you really want me to, I don't really have a problem with that." I said smirking.

"You son of a-" before he could finish his sentence I cut him off, by creating a spike of ice that was reaching towards him.

He quickly backed away which wasn't so impressing since I barely used up any of my power. And if you ask me it was going quite slow.

"Impressive." I lied.
It's best to seem weak to your enemies. Because it makes them doubt your capabilities, and underestimate you.

"HA REALLY? LOSER!" He yelled.

We both got into a fighting stance.
How did I get myself into this?
I could totally crush this guy in a split second.
But I should appear weak to him, so I didn't.

"COME AT ME BRO!!"

"HUH?!"

" OKAY, YOU'RE STARTING TO REALLY PISS ME OFF! FINE THEN I'LL GO FIRST! AND MARK MY WORDS ON THIS, I WILL MAKE YOU REGRET IT!!"

"I really doubt that." I said in my usual chilly voice.

"DIIIIEE!!!" He kept on yelling and I was getting sick of it!

So I froze his mouth, to keep him shut.

And as I was doing that a huge explosion, exploded right in front of me.
But thanks of my unhuman like reflexes, he didn't even manage to land a scratch on me.

So that must be his quirk then.. explosion..

It is normally a quite powerful quirk. But the way this guy is using it makes it seem, much less powerful than it actually is.

I should come back for him, and kill him before he actually learns how to use his quirk properly.

I made a thin wall of ice, separating us from each other.

He used more of his quirk. Like a LOT.

Much more than necessary to bring down the thin wall of ice. He was already out of breath!
This informed me that he doesn't know how to control his quirk properly.

But I mean even if he did, even if he managed to polish his quirk to the utmost, I would still be able to defeat him.
I am an s ranked villain after all. <3

Okay then I should just keep on making these ice walls until he completely runs out of energy. It sound like a suitable plan so I decided to follow it.

So just like before I made a thin ice wall.

I could just tell how pissed off he is by just looking at him. I don't even need to hear his yells.
I chuckled and mocked him.
Who did he even think he was anyways?

"I hope this teaches you how to learn your place kid!" I giggled clearly annoying him. Purposely of course! ( ˘ ³˘)

It was quite obvious to me that this guy has major anger issues.
So I decided to take advantage of that.
Since he has anger issues, he will probably use more of his quirk since I just pissed him off.

And just like I predicted he did.

It was a HUGE explosion! And it was coming right towards me! I didn't have time to act weak because this could actually have hurted me! I believe that this is his limit in the strongest blow he can do. I made a colossal amount of ice in a v-shape protecting me like a shield.

All that fire and explosion melted it but I remained unharmed.
It has also melted the block of ice I put around his mouth as well.

He opened his mouth but I didn't have time for him.
So I easily shut him up again.
He was panting like crazy and was properly drained.

And I shouldn't be using anymore of my powers or they will take notice how powerful I am.

The blonde hair boy took a couple of steps back.

"Now don't go thinking I'm done with you!" He said as he quickly ran off, to call backup or support I guessed.

before he managed to do that I hit the back of his head with a block of ice. Powerful enough to make him pass out.

I dragged his body into the shadows.
And walk to the corner of the alleyway myself.

Now it will be only around time for Y/N to notice her friend is missing and come this way...
