With the Armor:

The armor is a hybrid of both Ghost and Spectre stealth armors. You can use both of their abilities together. It is also your clothes since it can transform into your armor.
If you want to take off your armor, using nanotech, it will transform into your clothing as shown above. Real crazy shit.
There is a psionic inhibitor chip in your brain but it doesn't limit your abilities. It just makes sure your powers don't go out of control and you don't end up killing yourself.
The armor will lock and immobilize you if it gets to that point.
You can manually disable the feature but it's best to leave it on for your sake.
It also has a self-repair function.
