Marine Resurgence
Prologue
Words on screen for seven seconds: August 15, 1944.
Setting: The office building of the infamous Emperor Hirohito. It's the evening time of day. A grand wooden desk in the center of the room, with a Japanese flag on it, along with a telephone and official document papers signed or waiting to be signed. There is a little aluminum trash can with some papers on the right side of the desk. Pictures of Hirohito and pictures his family alongside the wall; also with a map of the war at the far side of the wall. Hirohito is sitting at the desk with a feathered pen in his right hand, signing war documents in a frustrated matter. In his left hand is a red pushpin with the American symbol on it, left hand is clenched on it hard enough to draw blood.
All words are spoken in Japanese, there are subtitles in English.
(Telephone rings twice) Hirohito, angrily: What is it that's so important to interrupt me now, don't tell me that it's another newspaper jerk.
(Surprised) Secretary: No you highness, no, it is only that Vice Admiral Teruhisa is here to see you.
(Calming down) Hirohito: Fine then, let him in.
Hirohito walks over to put the American pin where his lead forces pin was. Vice Admiral Teruhisa strides through the door with a worried look on his face.
Tucked between his left arm and his side is an emergency released telegram.
Character: Teruhisa is a Japanese man of about 6' tall. He wears a standard Japanese vice admiral uniform, with about five medals of valor on the left side of his uniform, along with a large star inside of a circle underneath those medals. He has a katana sword on his left hip. He has short black hair on his head, along with a black pencil styled mustache.
Teruhisa: You might want to do more than that to your map, your highness.
(Annoyed) Hirohito: What is it that those American Pig dogs do to my forces now; did they take my prized ship, the Yamato, down to the depths already?
Hirohito takes the Japanese pin out and puts the American pin in.
(Swallowing) Teruhisa: You might want to take a look at what just came from the front.
Hirohito turns around, walks slowly toward Teruhisa, and quickly snatches the telegram from Teruhisa, with his right hand. Hirohito starts to read slowly, moves head back forth gradually faster, eyes grow bigger with shock, and as he reads he clenches his left hand hard enough that the dripping of blood could be heard. Hirohito then uses his right hand to quickly crumble the telegram and throw it in the trash.
(Anger rising) Hirohito : Is that all there was from that blasted jerk of the front.
(Walking back slowly)Teruhisa: Yes, your highness, that is all. (Looks at Hirohito's left hand) Would you like for me to get you a nurse for your hand?
(Yelling angrily) Hirohito: No, what I would like is for my leader for protecting Project Dalmatian to be back here, where I could knock him out myself for his jerk of ignorance. (Looks at Teruhisa in the eye full of hatred) I want you get him back now, or I will personally cut out your tongue and give it to the stray dogs as a rare treat for them. Am I clear?
(Holding back his fear) Teruhisa: Certainly, your highness. No problem. I shall leave in the morning.
(Still yelling) Hirohito: No you idiot of a dog! I want him back immediately. If I don't see you gone by this very midnight, you would have worse to worry about than your tongue, and this is certainly more important than any date you might have tonight. Go now you idiot, instead of standing like I just beheaded your mom.
As Teruhisa leaves main theme of movie shall start along with starting credits.
