They ran over him. They made the life in my love eyes close. They made my love stop breathing they made my love, my light, my meaning in this world laying down on the ground not moving. What am I doing right now you may ask. I am sitting in the most uncomfortable hospital chair. Looking at my beloved with wires on and in his body,  A tube down his throat so he can breathe.

I am sitting in this room with him and not his family. In which I didn't know where they were. I mean after the accident his father looked at his lifeless body on the ground and just ran off. His brother ran after the car that just kept driving after they hit my love. I am sitting here with bloodshot eyes and tears running down my face. It has been two weeks since this has happened. He has been asleep for fourteen days. I made sure he was in a room with a shower, TV, and couch so I never had to leave him unless I went to get something to eat.

"Baby please open your eyes for me ' I whisper to him every time I just need him to look at me and smile.

"Baby please, I need you just to open your eyes and show me you are alright," I said putting my hand into his hand

" uh," I heard from him .  because the tube was still in his mouth. 

I looked up and saw those  blue  eyes looking into mine

"Maxie " I whispered

He squeezed my hand and closed his eyes

Then I heard the beep. and broke down.  Max, you can't leave me 

"Doctor, please come please !" I yelled

"" Step  Aside son, " The doctor said

"Cl give me the defibrillator " The doctor yelled to the nurse who rushed to get it. 

" clear " the doctor yelled

I saw my love  jump up in the air

"Clear " she yelled again

I saw my love jump again and then heard the faint beep of the heart monitor my whole body shook with sadness 

Then I heard a cough, they removed the tube.  Max was couching. and I felt nothing but happiness 

"Water please" I heard my love voice

"Maxie," I said while I knew I didn't look at all manly with tears in my eyes and everything.

"Hi Mikey," He said smiling but I knew it was his fake smile he was in pain I kissed his head. 

"we will give you two some time alone," the doctor said leaving with nurses 

"Max you are my heart please don't leave me, "I said  with tears coming down  he wiped them  with his thumb 

"I'm not going anywhere Mike you are stuck with me  " he chuckled then coughed  hard his body jerked 

"Baby," I said worried.  looking him over 

"it's okay i just my throat is just dry," he said I handed him water. 

" thank   you, Mike," he said  coughing  then drinking the water . why did  that car come out of no where and hurt Max i keep asking why him .
