Hogsmeade Trip! And An Actual Date?!

Lilith's POV

Remus and I headed down to the Great Hall, still hand-in-hand, we sat down further away from other people to talk between us.
"You know, you look really nice by the way," Remus said partway through our conversation, making me blush.
"Thank you!" I said with a smile. "You don't look too bad yourself!"
"Thank you too!"
We began to laugh as we finished our food and stood up. We were still laughing as we made our way to wait in the Entrance Hall to be allowed into Hogsmeade. Finally, we were allowed out of the doors to walk to the carriages for the Hogsmeade trip. We ended up in a carriage with Lily, James, Sirius, Marlene, Seb, Cassie and Dorcas.

"Hey Remus," Dorcas said in a really annoying sing-song voice.
"Hi." Was all she got in reply.
"D'you want to go through Hogsmeade with me today?" She asked, smiling at him, which kind of made me jealous since, you know, I've liked him for nearly 2 years.
"Can't, sorry," He said, giving her a sorry smile.
"Why not?"
"I'm going with Lilith today," He said, taking my hand and smiling again.
James and Sirius then wolf-whistled.
"Really you two?" Seb said, laughing at them.
"Yep!" They both replied.
"Idiots." Lily said.
"Couldn't agree with you more." Remus said.
"Wait, where's Peter?" Cassie asked. "Wouldn't he be with you guys?"
"He's with Mary," Sirius said. "I'm really annoyed that I still can't find anyone, meanwhile Moony and Wormtail make it look easy."

As Sirius spoke, I rested my head on Remus' shoulder as I was still tired from the early start. Cassie then asked James, Sirius, Remus and Seb to tell the story of their favourite prank. James began to tell the story of a prank on the Slytherins from last year. Sirius then told of a story from second year on Halloween. Seb told a story from the start of this year that the Marauders pulled on the Hufflepuffs. I smiled and began to laugh as Remus told everyone a story of the time when Remus and Seb pranked the other Marauders. By the end of the story, everyone was in fits of laughter, James and Sirius were glaring at Remus for telling that specific story.
"Why are you glaring at Remus like that?" Marlene said, laughing more when she realised the two boys were glaring at Remus.
"I hate you Remus." James said.
"Remus Lupin, who? I don't know a Remus Lupin?" Sirius said, looking around as if he couldn't see Remus.
Remus then fake gasped and fell back in his seat and pretended to be dead. I really loved whenever Remus is just himself, rather than how he appears to everyone else. He's someone who never fails to amaze me no matter what.

Finally, the carriages came to a stop and as we climbed out of the carriages, Remus took my hand and helped me down. Dorcas then took Remus' hand and tried to pull him off in a different direction until Marlene, Cassie and Lily stepped in.
"Hey Dorcas, I need your opinion as well, I need to get a new dress to impress people." Marlene said, grabbing my hand. She had probably remembered the conversation that me, Lily and Cassie had had in the dorm this morning about the fact that I was going to Hogsmeade with my crush. She winked at me as Cassie pulled Dorcas off towards where Lily was waiting.
'Thank you' I mouthed to Marlene.
'No problem! Now get your man!' She mouthed back. God dam, she's the best wing-woman, I'd have to talk to her and get some advice for James and Lily.
You go and get your man, or your girl! I mouthed back to her, knowing she had a long-term crush on Sirius and a small one on Cassie, both people were the people who caused her bi-awakening after all.
"C'mon, let's go to Zonkos before those three do." Remus whispered to me, taking my hand and beginning to walk to Zonkos.
"Alright!"

We got to Zonkos and walked inside and got some pranking supplies.
"We should prank the other boys with some of this!" I said laughing as we walked outside and began to walk to different areas of Hogsmeade.
"D'you want to go to the bookstore?" I asked, slightly shivering from the cold, as it was early October.
"Sure, we can go to get some food and butterbeer at The Three Broomsticks after!" Remus said, smiling at me, f*cking hell, I love that smile, it's so cute!
