You're Dave's niece. You were in Jurassic World many times before already. And Dave got you into Camp Cretaceous. You're a bit introverted but always stand up for others and want to help them.

I stand in my underwear in front of a bathroom mirror, getting ready for Camp Cretaceous. Gosh I'm so nervous, what if nobody likes me and I'll be miserable there.. I let out a long sigh.
"(Y/n) are you done yet? We gotta move!" Says Dave with cheerfull voice koncking on my bathroom door.
"Y-yeah, coming uncle D!" I say.
I get dressed real quick.
Brush my hair and run outside. I jump in car and we're already driving.

"Your bags are already in the camp and I expect you to help me and Roxie watch the other kids, ok?" Dave glances my way.
"Sure uncle D, whatever you need." I say fidgeting with the little chains on my pants.
"There is seven of you. Make sure you get some friends!" He says smiling
"Yeah, yeah." I roll my eyes.
It was always kinda hard to make new friends, I always felt more connected to animals, maybe that's why I like it here so much but we'll see how this goes.
I know all the kids in advance since Dave is my uncle and we went through it before hand.
"Here we are girlie." He says pressing the Brakes.
We jump out and head towards the kids on the dock. Roxie joins just as Dave started with his showing off, embarassing me yet again.
"Ok so let's get the seven of you back to the camp." Dave says
"Uh there is only six of us here" exclaims Ben
Roxie checks the list.
"We got the VIP kid landing with the helicopter." She scoffs.
"Ok let's head out!" Dave points to the car.
We get to helipad and a few seconds later helicopter lands. The doors open and outside jumps the hottest, most mind blowing boy I've ever seen. I smile a little.
"Kenji is here, so let the party commence!" He says like he owns the place."
"Put this in my room." He throws his bag to Roxie.
"So little lady what's your name?"
I was so dumbfouded I barely spoke.
"I - I'm -" I got interrupted by a bag hitting Kenji making him fall.
"Ok kids, let's move." Roxie says smirking.
"Here let me help you." I stretch my hand toward Kenji.
"Thanks cupcake." He says charmingly.
"No problem." I say blushing.
Gosh his hands are so big and he's not letting go. I was supposed to be annoyed cuz well he's annoying and full of himself, you can see that from the start. But.. I'm not. I bet there's so much more to him than this.
"(Y/n)! Quick! " Dave glares towards Kenji a bit.
We jump on the car and head towards camp.
"So (y/n), pretty name you got there cupcake." Kenji says stretching his arm and putting it on my back.
"Ok so why are you here?" Brookly asks Darius
"Oh uh, I beat this awesome VR dinosaur game. I'm Darius by the w-“ He got cut off by Sammy fangirling over Brooklyn.
But my mind was focused on Kenji's hand moving lower and lower down my back.
"And you?" She turns towards me.
"Oh I - I'm D-" I get cut off by Kenji.
"Well my dad owns almost half the island and ya know I'm filthy rich so it's only normal. I'm the VIP baby!" He say's proudly.
Can this people not wait till someone finishes his sentence!? God.
"I was not asking you, rich boy. So?" She rolls her eyes.
"I'm Daves niece. I was on the island for quite some timws before and I help him mostly. Stuff like that." This time Kenji's hand reaches my butt.
"Ah!" I lwt out tiny scream and smack him on the face.
"Hey, what was that for!?" He says likw he didn't do anything bad.
"You know all too well!" I give him death stare. Maybe I spoke too soon and he will manage to annoy me.
"Hey Darius, can we switch seats please?" I give him puppy eyes.
"Yeah sure no problem." And we change quickly.
"Oh, I'll get to you." Kenji winks and whispers behind Darius's back.
I gasp slightly and divert my focus on other talking amongst themselves. I bet my cheeks are all red.
- Time passes to when we get to the camp -
"Ok, so you have separated bedrooms.
Girls and boys. Except (y/n), she's got her own room closer to the exit so she'll be able to keep an eye on you all." Dave rubs my head
"Ugh, uncle D please stop embarrassing me." I elbow Dave in the ribs.
"Ok, ok, just go settle now and we'll meet later." He says
We go to our rooms and I just fall on the bed. My bags were there already as Dave said so I didn't have much to do. Also I'm not a fan of unpacking so I wanted to rest for a bit. But there was a knock.
" Yeah?" I sit up thinking it's Dave
" Oh, little lady, I thought that was the bathroom." I see Kenji with Devilish smile on his face.
"Mhm. Wasn't it obvious when Dave said that's my room?" I raise an eyebrow.
"I wasn't really listening, I have something else on my mind ya know." He closes the door behind him and smirks.
"Aren't you supposed to look for bathroom?" I say to him standing up, crossing my arms.
"Didn't I just say I have something else on my mind? He comes closer.
"What are you doing?" I say unconvinced.
"What does it look like I'm doing?" He was already so close, butterflies in my stomach going wild.
"Uh, you're w-way too close." My voice shook a little but I didn't want to give him the satisfaction.
"Does it make you nervous, cupcake?" He says quitely, sliding his hand around my waist.
"N-no! We just met." I say shyly.
The next words he whispered.. Made me want to..
"I just came to inform you Roxie said we're going to observation tower."
SLAP HIS STUPID FACE!
"Ugh. Couldn't you blurt that out from the start!?" I push him away, my face all red.
"You know you liked it, little lady!" He laughs leaving my room.
God how does a kid I know for a few hours have that effect on me. But he's right I did like it and god I wanted more of it.
I took a few deep breaths and headed out.
-On the observation tower-
"There's Brachiosaurus. Parasaurolophus. Stegosaurus. Ankylosaurus!" Darius exclaims his eyes lighting up.
"Wow, you really do know your stuff dino-nerd!" Brooklyn says impressed.
"I agree with Brooks, you really did devote your life to dinos huh." I smile kindly.
I feel Kenji glancing at me.
"Check out the.. Brontosaurus." Kenji says with a hint of insecurity in his voice.
"They don't have those here. Common mistake."Darius corrects him.
" Ugh."Kenji rolls his eyes and glances at me again.
I giggled, did he just try to impress me? He's so interesting to me. In a day he made me blush, flustered, angry and giggle. What awaits for me with him, that I can't wait.
- Time skips to before the raptor incident -
I hear some voices from main room and head out to see what's going on. I was already in my pajamas.
"Hey what's going on?" I asked, seeing Brook, Kenji and Darius talking.
"Oh we're checking out the Compy enclosure!" Darius says all happy.
"What? No way, I can't allow that."
I say shaking my head.
"Pleeease, I've been waiting my whole life on an opportunity like this.
" No! I can't." If I let this slip they can get in trouble.
"Come on, it would be a great video for all my follower." Brooklyn tries to convince me.
"I can't, I promised uncle D and I can't just let you go."
"Go you two. I'm coming right away. We'll make a deal, no cupcake?" He say proudly. The other two already running out.
"Kenji this is dangerous!" I say angry
"Oh is my little cupcake angry?" He comes closer and presses his hand to my cheek.
"I am, what if you guys get hurt? It's my duty to protect you when Dave and Roxie are not around!" I tell him trying to show how worried I am.
"Relax, everything will be ok. Plus you get a huge kiss when I get back ok? He gives me mischievous grin.
"I - I" No words left my mouth. I couldn't belive my ears.
"Is that ok?" He slides his tumb over my lips, staring at them and then back to my eyes.
All I could do was stare at him, my eyes so wide they're probably gonna fall out of sockets. I can't deny I glanced at his lips too. But Kenji as Kenji, he was gone in a next milisecond. Leaving me there with my knees barely supporting ne. And of course he had to give me a wink before he was gone from my sight.
I needed a few minutes to come to but then immediately all the alarms went on in me, what if something happens to them. I can't just let this go. I had to tell my uncle.
- Time skips after raptor incident -
"Thank god you informed me (y/n). This could've ended badly." Says Dave taking a deep breath in and letting it out.
Roxie was scolding Kenji and Darius. And even tho I knew they deserved it. I had to help them out.
"Roxie it was my fault. Please don't kick them out or anything like that. I should've stopped them." I say moving closer to where they are.
"I'm sorry." I say looking to Kenji.
I could see he was a but shocked and Darius was mouthing me a million thank yous.
"We're not kicking anyond out. And it wasn't just your fault (y/n)." Roxie sighs
"But you two will be punished. Poop duty for you two tomorrow. (Y/n) you will go keep an eye on them."
"Ok, no problem." I nod.
"Good we solved that, now back to beds." Dave says and he and Roxie leave.
Darius already got up and went to his room.
"You're stupid, what where you thinking!?" I couldn't help but scold Kenji too.
He got up.
"Sorry." Soft whisper escaped his mouth, while his eyes were glued to the floor.
"I just.. What if something happend to you!?" This time I was the bolder one.
This Kenji standing in front of me was totally different than the usual Kenji. Silent, with no funny remarks and low ego. I turned around taking a few steps toward my room.
"Also you still owe me a kiss." I said softly. My courage quickly gone.
I quickly locked myself in my room, jumped on the bed, lying there in disbelief of what I just said. Maybe the night got to me or this whole incident. But all I knew was a kiss from Kenji would probably feel so good. I feel asleep fantasizing about it and also feeling glad today turned out as it did. What awaits me tomorrow? And could Kenji really like me or am I just a tease toy to him? But all I know is I feel something for him.
