Misery Business

*September 20th, 2013- two weeks before Fortress tour, three days before the album release*

The three months leading up to the tour were pretty eventful. The girls had made big bank with the little tour they set up, and once promotion had started, their fan base had grown exponentially. As for Estelle, the Instagram page for her covers had blown up as well. People had started putting two and two together when she got more and more likes, comments and shares from Alter Bridge and almost everyone affiliated with them.

She usually didn't show her face in her videos, but she ended up going live and doing a face reveal. She dropped the tour dates as several followers of her account had been begging her to try to get in touch with Alter Bridge to tour and they got their wish. Several comments poured in.

"Y'all are really wildin' in these comments," she laughed.

Of course some were overly sexual, some were rude, but they were mostly compliments.

"Wow, look at you!"

"That was unexpected"

"You single 🥺"

"Guys she's not even that cute 🙄"

"Beautiful and talented? My kinda girl 😏"

"So a lot of y'all already guessed it and some of you knew that I was in a band," she stopped to read some comments, "no, not an AB cover band, but Tim and Michael follow my account. The band is with me and my sisters and we do covers of everything along with our own material."

More viewers and comments poured in.

"How'd you guys get so lucky 😭"

"Well my sisters and I live in Florida and we've been booking shows at local bars around the state, Alabama and Georgia. Tim saw us perform, sent some videos to the guys and they came to see us and the rest is history," she smiled.

"Why wait to announce it? AB dropped dates well over a month ago..."

"I'm just now saying something on here because this page had nothing to do with my band, I just did cover songs and newer material that hasn't been completed or released yet," she read more, "no, I won't do any new material for a while, but I do have some cover videos queued up, so you guys will have some content. I'll definitely post some videos of our sets and some behind the scenes stuff though."

Someone commented on her smile and another person said she was beautiful.

"Aw, thank y'all! I really appreciate that," she read another comment, "now you know I most definitely will ask all the guys for some tips, tricks and insights! You think I'm gonna let that opportunity slip away?"

She answered a few more questions before Isabelle barged in to tell her that they had to leave. Of course people asked who it was.

"It's my twin sister, she's a little-" she whistled and made the crazy sign.

Isabelle snatched the phone.

"See, this is why we don't let her have anything. I'm Isabelle y'all, hey. Sorry we can't talk anymore, but we have a meeting," she pouted.

Estelle appeared back in the frame and they simultaneously said goodbye.

"Bruh, why you always like that?"

"Because. Now come on, we gone be late," Isabelle said dragging her out of the room.

They were heading to the final meeting before the tour. Everyone's lawyers were there discussing terms and making sure everyone was cool on them. Once they got the contracts sorted out, everything went off without a hitch. Alter Bridge were generous with their terms and what the girls would be paid. Even with the venues taking their cut, it was a decent amount.
