Wynter is a rare type of human and giant mix called a runt which means even as a teenager and an adult he will never get taller than 3 feet as a human and barely taller than 20 to 30 feet as a giant. As a result of his shortness, he feels out of place amongst his family of giants and humans and feels rather useless which often leaves him in depression.
His powers are a winter/snow base so we're looking at a child with powers like Jack Frost and Elsa from Disney movies :3
He likes making little snow castles like sandcastles
When he was born he was so tiny that Jordan had to take him to the hospital out of worry he wouldn't make it. Turns out he was in perfect health just incredibly small for a baby.
