"Man, i'm all outta money! Keiji can I borrow a few dollars?" I looked down at my empty wallet then looked at Keiji,. "Again man?" he sighed and handed him the money. "You seriously need to get a job, you should consider working at the cafe with me. It's easy money." A coffee shop? I flashed him a smile "Why would I need a job if I can just borrow money from you?" I probably do need a job though.... "I'm being serious Q-taro." "Yeah yeah I'll think about it." I walked out of the store and hopped on to my motorcycle. "I'm home!" I called out to no response. "Mom must be out again." I sighed and flopped on my mattress." After school tomorrow i'll check the place out, you got this Q-taro." I got up and showered before going to sleep.
I groaned and looked at the clock, it's only 8:30? "Oh my god it's 8:30 i'm gonna be late!" I threw on my hat and ran out the door. I panted. "I have 2 minutes to get up to class..this sucks." I ran up the stairs into my class. Luckily the bell rang right after I got into class. "Q-taro you are very lucky you aren't late." I flashed the professor a smile "Right on time!" I slid into my chair, barely awake. I should start setting an alarm. Keiji, who was sitting next to me whispered "You seen the guy hanging around the corner after school? It's totally creepy." I tried to think back to see if I remembered him. "Not a clue who your talking about." I whispered back. "Excuse me gentlemen, is your conversation more important then the lesson?" Mishimia asked. "No sir.." we said in sync.
Just as I was leaving school I noticed a shadow by the side of the school. "Uh Keiji, i'll be back." I ran to where the shadow was, "Hello? Anyone there?" I looked around a bit and found nothing. Suddenly someone tapped my back, "Excuse me, sir is there an issue?" I turned around to see a tall man, maybe 5'10, 5'11 with long black hair and a stained red apron. "Who the hell are you?!" I took a step back. He tilted his head "I am Kai Satou. I work in the cafeteria with my mother." "Well why are you all the way back here?!" "This is where the back door to the cafeteria is sir, is there anything I can assist you with otherwise I'll be leaving?" "Are you a student 'cause i've never seen you around?" "I am. I just prefer not too interact much with my peers." I stuck out my hand "Well it was nice meetin' ya Kai, i'll see around." As he shook my hand a quick wave of heat rose to my face. "It was a pleasure meeting you as well Mr...?" "Q-taro, Q-taro Burgerburg." "Nice meeting you Mr. Burgerburg I suppose I will see you around as well." his lips curled into a small smile. I hopped on my bike and waved goodbye to him. Now to check out this "coffee shop."
