My Calico Kenma x Reader

The Mall Pt. 1

I woke up extra early I was too excited for the day, I had texted Kenma last night after I had gotten off of work and told him how I looked forward

to seeing him, he just sent back a simple me too😊  which isn't much but I was super happy he was looking forward to it as well.

I went to pick out some clothes to wear it wasn't a date since Emiko and Kuroo were also coming so that meant a really cute girly outfit

was out of the question not because I can't wear it but because I didn't want Emi to make a big deal out of nothing.

it was a cool day do I wear a pair of black jean, a yellow tank top and a white sweater over it, with a pair of red convers.

I did my hair simply pulled back with a few strands pulled out to frame my face.

after a while I heard a knock on my door, it was Emiko "hey you ready for today?" she asked with a big smile as she came in and picked up little Puddin'.

"Yeah of course it will be fun to go out with friends." I said with a small. "Yeah 'friends'" she chuckled

"what's that supposed to mean?" I asked while walking into the kitchen. She followed behind "Oh nothing but I just thought you saw him as more then a friend."

"Saw who as more then a friend?" I said slightly cautious. "K-E-N-M-A" she had literally spelled it out to me. I had choked a little on my tea "W-what? I almost spat out my tea over you but I

didn't cause your carrying him" I has pointing to the sleeping kitten in her arms. "Aw thanks for saving me little Puddin', and I assume I'm right considering the reaction it produced." She smiled proudly

"No no you are wrong I don't see him like that it just surprised me." I tried to defend myself "Okay so even if I had said Kuroo you would've given me the same reaction?" She asked

"Well yeaaah duuhhh." I said trying to make the situation a little goofier. "Okay okay well we should get going don't wanna keep them waiting for too long." Emi said setting Puddin down on his bed

"Yea okay lets go."

I smiled and grabbed my sweater to put on and slipped on my shoes before heading out the door.

 After a bit of walking we made it to the entrance I saw Kenma and Kuroo waiting 'ahhh he looked so cute' I internally screamed he looked so different in casually clothes okay not really but he was still a cutie pie.

"Hey there you guys" Emi yelled as she ran a little further ahead of me. "Hey there you two." Kuroo said with a wink.  I slowly walked up to them and said a quick hello to Kenma who was looking down at his phone. 

He looked up and gave me a small smile. "Hey Y/n." This made my heart flutter as stared into his beautiful golden eyes. 

"Um hello? Y/n??" I felt Emi shake me from my trance. "Huh oh, you guys ready?".  I say trying to hide my obvious blush by walking forward.
