Disappeared (Wild Card x Oc)

Part 8

Everyone stood in a line formation

"That's good. Back in formation!" Ms. Moreno said before she noticed Missy was gone

"Keep training," She said before walking off while I just sat under a tree 

I tried to form a small fire in my hand but instead, I ended up watering the grass 

"You'll get it eventually," I heard Wild Card say 

"Use your own advice," I said looking down 

"That's just something we have in common but it doesn't mean you need to be able to control them all. Like you told me Everything takes time," He said sitting down with me

"Thanks," I responded smiling 

"No problem," He said putting an arm around my shoulder 

"It's really beautiful here," I said 

"Yeah it is," He responded smiling 

"I love you," I whispered 

"I love you too," He answered giving me a kiss on the cheek 

We sat there for a while chatting while I avoided all the questions about my disappearance

"You know when you disappeared I was devasted I thought it was my fault and that I did something," Wild Card suddenly said 

"Well, it wasn't and I was starting to believe you moved on when I saw Missy," I said sadly

"I couldn't bring myself to move on. In case you didn't notice I was mad when you sat beside me I didn't want anyone to sit there but you," He said with a smile

"Really?" I asked 

He nodded and I kissed him before I smiled and cuddled up to him looking at the sky. After a while, we heard helicopters from above and we stood up immediately 

"Crap," We whispered before running to the others 

"They sure found you fast," Ms. Moreno said

"They wanna take us back to headquarters," Facemaker said 

"Well, too bad. We've got a world to save," Missy said smiling 

Ms. Moreno pressed a button on her cane making a tunnel open up 

"Go through this tunnel. I'll hold them off," She ordered 

Everyone quickly slid down and I was caught by Wild Card 

"This is spooky," I whispered as we waited for Missy to slide down 

"Guys? Come on!" Missy said once she slid down 

"It sure is dark in here," Guppy said looking down the tunnel 

"Ojo, can I use your flashlight?" Missy asked 

"We just have to stick...together," Missy said walking forward with the little light 

'Maybe I can use the light to make it brighter' I thought looking at a light 

(I don't really know if it works like that) 

I continued walking but grabbed one of the lights and held on to it 

"What could we do differently from our parents?" Wheels asked 

"Everything. Like we lure the aliens out of the cities so that we don't destroy more building," Missy answered 

I pulled out the light and began to form a huge ball of ice 

"Alright, now if I just," I whispered pointing the light in the right direction so the light shined on the ball of ice making the tunnel brighter. Everyone looked at me in surprise

"Don't we need superhero costumes?" Guppy asked 

"Please no costumes," I said holding the light high up 

"All superheroes have costumes. Pads, fake muscles, tons of useless buckles," Fast Forward said 

"Alright, you guys have to settle for the little light I'm getting tired," I said putting the light down 

"Underwear on the outside," A Capella said 

"Masks you can barely see out of," Rewind said
