Riddhi's eyes roamed every corner of the terrace with each passing second her heartbeat started increasing. This was not what she had expected, her eyes stopped on a very familiar figure gazing at the sky, his stiff posture showed how stressed he was. Calming her raging breath she walked toward Neer who still didn't notice her presence.
"N...Neer..." She asked in a stuttering voice. Hearing her voice his stiffness becomes more rigid as if he was preparing himself.
"What is this...I mean the decoration and all, is there something special..." she asked curiously though she already knew what it meant but still praying in her mind.
Taking a deep breath he turned around only to find her looking a little flushed by the decoration. "She freaking understood his intentions" his jaw clenched in anticipation.
"Listen Riddhi I know you didn't expect this but it happened..." Taking a deep breath he further said... "Pata nahi par kaise I..I..." he cursed his stuttering self in mind. One last time running his hand through his hair he said.
"I...I like you... I know it's unexpected but I can't help it.. it ...it... just happened. and it's getting tough to live with you under the same roof, same bed. I.. can't do it anymore. I started seeing you more than a friend and I feel you don't, but please Riddhi think about this I will keep you very happy, it is not all of a sudden I...i...it's been 3 months since I first found out my feelings for you, it...it's our honeymoon honey, so I thought this will be the best time, I want you to feel special, you are special for me Riddhi "... he said whatever he feels for her hoping she could understand him.
"How..." she questioned shockingly
"How could you do this, You said we would be friends "JUST FRIENDS" Then how could you do this. I don't like you I don't feel anything for you, one minute Is this a trap The whole marriage thing you purposly made the plan right..." and this broke Neer's heart into many pieces.
"You betrayed me I thought you were my best friend with whom I could share anything but you lost the friendship also..." she said turning around and ran towards her room.
Neer fell on his knees after her outburst, After his mother's demise he is crying now "he lost her, he lost her friendship today, and how can she think so low of him never in his dream he could think like that for a girl"
Crying and running Riddhi reached her room facing the mirror she started throwing things here and there. For Riddhi friendship is a pure bond and she is feeling betrayed by her own friend that too when know he was not helping their siblings but also trapping her in this marriage. After all it was his suggestion to make their siblings agree for marriage.
Riddhi's POV:-
My eyes are hurting it's been more than 5 hours still there is no trace of him... HIM how I am going to face him after whatever happened. It's not possible we...we together not possible still there are 10 days left for this trip to end. I can't live in the same room with him, I can't go home without him what will I tell Di & Jiju? (What will I do now) .
