First method:
what you need:
bathtub
midnight
how to summon him:
at midnight fill a bathtub with water to your knees
chant 5x: "BEN how did you drown"
look behind you when you hear splashing water.
Note: he will try to drown you by pulling you under the water, you might be able to live
Second method:
what you need:
Cleverbot
Youtube/anything that can play music
how to summon him:
open Cleverbot and Youtube
on Youtube play "The Song of Unhealing"
go to Cleverbot and type things in that relate to Link or BEN
and keep typing until the song stops
note: he doesnt teleport like behind you, you talk to him through Cleverbot.
3rd method:
what you need:
Majora's Mask cartridge
sharpie
a lit match
salt water
large rock
Cleverbot
Youtube
how to summon him:
peel off the cover on the cartridge
write in sharpie "MAJORA" where the cover was
dip the cartridge in salt water
light a match and hold the match under the cartridge
smash it with the rock
open Cleverbot
close your eyes and play "The Song of Unhealing"
you should hear someone behind you say; "you shouldn't have done that"
then turn around

4th method
what you need:
your favorite video game
any device
salt
bedroom door
how to summon him:
this can be at day or night
close your bedroom door [dont let anyone interrupt you]
place you favorite game in front of you
place you device on top of your game [have Cleverbot open]
make a circle of salt around your device on top of your favorite game
hold you hands, you can have your eyes open or closed, and chant; "Master at games, i call forth to ask you a few questions."
you can open your eyes, your screen should glitch or turn black, [dont worry its not damaged]
you should see BEN pull himself out of the device
you can ask him three questions, don't ask stupid questions, dont ask him questions about himself, and dont piss him off
when your done asking your three questions he will go back into the device
when the homescreen shows, you can pick up your device again
Note: BEN will stalk you through your device, and if your device starts glitching just turn it off and walk away if its still glitching after a minute then leave it outside for the night.
