Mel's POV
"How's life.." Luke said I responded with a simple "Eh good". My best friend Lizzie ran up to us. "Hey babe"she said. "Who me?!!" Luke said. "Ew no" she said while rolling her eyes. I said "Elizabeth!!" "Haha it's fine, no worries" Luke said. We walked up to the school campus. "Here we come Davidson Day high" Said Lizzie. We walked through the door and Instantly looked at eachother like 'What are we gonna do'.
Luke's POV
I've liked Mel for many years but never had the guts to ask her out in a real date. Since we are finally in ninth grade I'm hope thing I'll finally get the chance to change that. She looked so pretty today. Looking back on how we looked before was un-believable. But, now look at Mel. He dark hair always whipping through the wind and her eyes glow like stars. That question I'm asking right now is 'How am I going to tackle high school?'
Lizzie's POV
My wavy blonde hair is my everything. I just love it. My best friend is Mel. Melanie Dallas. We've been bestfriends since as long as I can imagine. Since school is starting it means I can start finally getting organized. I'm not school going to my locker and Jay shows up. "Hey Liz" he said. "Stop talking to me. I already know what you're going to say" I said back rolling my eyes. Before he could get anything out of his mouth I closed my locker and walked to First period with Mel and Luke.
