Zayn was taken into a small prison cell that was smaller than the supply closet in his house, and if given enough time a person might just go crazy in there from feeling claustrophobic. The walls were thick grey stone with a mean barred opening with thick metal bars and no glass, you had no sense of time in there, you couldn't even make out if it was day or night. The bed was a plank of wood on legs, litterally. There was no mattress, no cushioning and only one thin blanket.Zayn sat on the plank of wood or the so called 'bed,' he placed his head in his hands and thought back to just moments ago, back at the convenient store.
'My mum's going to kill me.' He groaned to himself as he sat up against the wall.
Out of all the things Zayn has done in the past this had be the worst one of them all. This was even worse than the time he almost set the house on fire by leaving the oven on for far longer than necessary.
Zayn wasn't the one baking a cake, but his mum clearly told him to turn the oven off in thirty minutes as she goes to the store, of course Zayn being his irresponsible self, forgot about his mothers orders and fell asleep, only to be woken up an hour later by the sound of the smoke alarm.
There was even a time when Tristan 'jokingly' posted a video of Zayn and Louis smoking weed, however surprisingly enough, his mum didn't say anything about the video, but he was sure that she had seen it. Heck, everybody in Bradford had seen that video, it was the talk of the town for days.
Whereas, when Louis' stepdad saw the video he kicked Louis out the house, forcing him to buy an apartment; which he now shared with his younger boyfriend, Har-
"Zayn, Zayn Malik." A females voice interrupted Zayn's thoughts.
"Yeah?" He replied at the women who was wearing a police officers outfit.
"You're mother's here to collect you." The female officer informed unlocking the the steel bars.
"Thanks." Zayn muttered when walking past her.
Zayn walked hesitantly as the female police officer lead him down to the main office of the station.
At the office Zayn was given back his phone, wallet and watch, the only things he carried with him.
As the police officer and Zayn now walked towards the exit he caught sight of his mum talking to another female police officer. When his mum finally glanced over at where Zayn was standing there was no denying the disappointed look on her face.
"Let's go." She simply commanded as she departed the building, Zayn followed behind her.
The ride home was spent in silence, literally. Zayn's mum didn't know what to say, if course she was disappointed but she didn't know how to even express her feelings right now. She could slap him, but that was something she refrained from doing. She could tell at him, but she didn't know what to say. She just didn't know what to do right now, so she remained silent.
He didn't mind the silence, he kind of preferred it. However, he knew that this was probably the calm before the storm.
His mother didn't even take a glance at him, instead she kept her focus on the road even when stopping at the red lights.
It was clear to his mum that this whole situation wasn't just her sons fault but his so called "friends" faults also. She knew that his friends were bad influences on him.
Especially that Tristan kid.
Out of all the friends Zayn has, Miss Malik despised Tristan most of all, he was on a whole new level of reckless, Miss Malik once caught the boy urinating in the neighbours lawn. Disgusting!
