Hagoromo otsutsuki had made it to the hidden sand village to take back shukaku only to find out that he was already too late and shukaku had been sealed inside of an infant child years ago and was being tormented constantly.
This enraged him as he approached the gates and activated his rinnegan
And knocked out the guards afterwards he busted down the gates alerting the kazekage rasa of the hidden sand.
Rasa then said.
"Who are you and how dare you break into MY village without authorization!!!.
What village are you from???. I don't see a headband just where are you from I demand you....ack!!!."
And hagoromo said as he choked the kazekage.
"I am the first of many shinobi.
The first to create what you now refer to as ninjutsu. And creator of the tailed beasts. I've come to take back shukaku the one tailed racoon.
The very creature you see as a weapon to be sealed away inside children like wild beasts....you humans disappoint me.
I was born with chakra and gave you humans the powers of chakra not to be weaponized but to understand the hearts of others on a spiritual level.

RETURN THE SHUKAKU TO ME AT ONCE OR I SHALL FIND HIS VESSEL AND DESTROY YOUR PITIFUL VILLAGE TO UNSEAL HIM WITHOUT TRYING!!!.

Just then a mighty roar and heavy sandstorm had picked up as hagoromo knew that sound all too well.
Hagoromo then said.
Foolish Man. You've created an unstable seal to contain shukaku.
Making his host unstable as well.
It seems your no longer needed for me to find shukaku. Consider yourself fortunate that I'm letting you live."
Hagoromo then activated his sage mode and created six Truth seeking orbs behind him.
Hagoromo then said as he hovered in front of shukaku.
"Greetings shukaku. It's been quite a while since I've last seen you. Let's not fight and release you from your jinchuriki Host. I've found a more suitable Host for you and the others once we've retrieved them."
Shukaku then bowed his head to his creator and said.
"FATHER!!!. How!!??. Your supposed to be dead!!!. How are you back in the world of the living!!??. It's not possible!!!.
And what about that stubborn Fox kurama???. Has he been sealed inside a new host as well???."
Hagoromo then said.
"Unfortunately ALL of them have been sealed inside of New hosts for the sole purpose of being weapons of War my child. I've come to collect each of you and give you to my younger son asura.
He has inherited my chakra and life force so the nine of you will be in better hands until his reincarnation is ready to receive all nine of you at once.
Now will you calm yourself and let your host sleep so I may safely remove you from him???.
The humans have abused your power yes but I'm going to take that power from them and set you all free to choose your own path. Not the paths you've had forced upon you."
And shukaku said.
Very well father. I shall release the child from his insomnia so he may sleep and I can be free of my prison. The seal is poorly designed.
A 3 corner seal with a berserker seal on top of it to loosen the child's control over me. But you created the sealing arts so that's nothing compared to what your capable of."
And hagoromo said.
"Unfortunately there's one seal I cannot break without killing the host as well. An 8 corner seal placed by the reaper himself.
Asura's decendants have created a sealing technique that summons the reaper to take the soul of the intended targets at the cost of the summoners own soul in exchange.
This particular seal is what binds kurama to his new host who just so happens to be an uzumaki with no knowledge of the sealing arts. Such an advanced seal is too dangerous to remove without knowing who placed it and how they split kurama in half.
My best guess is that whoever is responsible was very powerful and very foolish as well and posesses kurama's other half. Until I know more we can't risk releasing him."
Hagoromo then placed his hand on shukaku's head and absorbed his entire body back into himself as shukaku's form vanished.
a sleeping gaara fell into hagoromo's arms he laid the now former sand jinchuriki in his father's arms and said.
"I've taken back shukaku and your village shall no longer be abusing him for his powers over sand.
You will no longer have the power to make another jinchuriki since your people obviously lack the proper knowledge of the sealing arts.
Until this world comes to a time of true peace without the use of power and greed I shall be watching closely over everyone's actions. Heed my warning humans.
You've been messing with forces beyond your own comprehension. Forces beyond your control that you can't possibly imagine. Good bye."
Hagoromo then headed in the direction of the hidden stone village to retrieve the four and five tailed beasts son goku and kokuo.
Needless to say that the tsuchikage was also stubborn when it came to his jinchuriki weapons.
He would soon learn the hard way that when you mess with the true God of shinobi your certainly bound to meet the shinigami if you didn't cooperate.
Hagoromo would take back the tailed beasts even if it means taking away ALL chakra in the world he wouldn't stop until he completed his journey to rescue his creations.
One way or another he would make mankind see the error of their ways of life. One way or another he would once again bring peace back to a war torn era of loss and suffering and restore the balance of the world.
The shinobi world had just envoked the wrath of the otsutsuki clan. A clan so powerful than they could destroy entire world's and level mountains.
A clan forgotten to history and replaced by humanities own achievements and ambitions.
Ambitions that would definitely drive the entire world to forget hagoromo's teachings of peace and prosperity through understanding others.
Simply put the world was screwed.
And ALL shinobi villages would soon realize that they couldn't stop the storm that was vastly approaching.
