At The Office

That morning Naira reaches her office but first goes towards Kartik's cabin to check if has come or not. She goes into his cabin but does not find him in there.

She thinks to herself that it is 11am and Kartik isn't here yet?? Daily tho he will be on time right! Maybe yesterday he reached home late right soo he must be tired...But anyways why am I thinking soo much about this??Anyways I have loads of work!!

She walks away from there and goes to her cabin, starts doing her work. Her phone was buzzing all the time. It was an unknown number so she didn't lift it.

It was 2pm and Naira was engrossed in her work. Suddenly some employee comes to her and tells that Kartik didn't come yet and his signatures are required urgently.

Naira: Oh god! Wait I will call Kartik!

She calls Kartik but he doesn't answer her calls. Naira goes to his cabin and she finds Kartik working on his laptop.

Naira: Kartik! When did you come?? We were waiting for you and you aren't even answering my calls??

Kartik: Hi Naira! Actually I had some personal issues also I forgot my phone at my house.

Naira: Ohh ! Okay can you please sign these documents now. It is very urgent.

Kartik signs the papers and Naira was just staring at him and observed that something was troubling him a lot. She wanted know what is troubling him but she later thinks that they don't share that great bond to discuss things. She leaves his cabin forcefully.

Kartik's POV

Come on Kartik! Concentrate on your work you idiot. Nothing is as important as work to you, even people. Everybody is a friend or family just for name sake. Nobody ever tried to understand me, not even the girl I loved betrayed me.

Today is the day she left me and went way by just leaving a chit. Its been 4 years to this but how can I forget what she did with me. She was my first love and we dated for 3 years. Nobody know the pain the pain I am going through.

Naira comes into his cabin breaking his chain of thoughts.

Naira: Kartikkkk!

Kartik: Haaann! What's the matter?

Naira: Haa.. Actually I wanted to ask you something!

Kartik: Yess.. Please ask!

Naira: Wohh aaj tum bhouth lost dikh rahe ho! Kya koi bath tumhe pareshan kar raha haii?? Agar aisa hai tho you can share with me if you want to.

Kartik: Thanks for asking Naira. So sweet of you but I don't wanna trouble you with my problems. Instead you can do a small favor for me.

Naira: Yess.. ofc tell what can I do for you??

Kartik: Aaj raath Chichaa's jayengeyy Dinner ke liye. Will join me??

Naira: (stoked) Ofc, I will come! Bhouth din hogaye I have ate outside food and Chichaa's is the best place to have Hyderabadi Biriyani.

Kartik smiles and both of them decide to go at 9 due to workload.

Naira was busy working and she gets a message from an unknown number who have been calling her regularly since yesterday night. She opened it and got shocked to see the message. It said ' Baby I miss you soo much'. She got soo angry that she blocked that number.

Precap: Naira and Kartik go to dinner together. They get a shock of their lives there.
