Keerthi was laughing hardly internally after listening to Naira's indirect confession. 

Keerthi was shocked but smiling sheepishly listening to Naira.

That Girl loves Kartik so much and still isn't ready to accept it!

She was very happy to know that Naira liked Kartik a lot. But the thing was that Naira isn't able to understand her feelings.

There could be a possibility that Naira isn't accepting her feelings because of the unpleasant events in her past and doesn't want to mess up her relation with Kartik for some romantic relationship. 

Keerthi was now sure that she has a mission to accomplish: bring her best friend and sister together. 

Keerthi was lost in her thoughts when Naira was eagerly waiting for a reply from Keerthi. 

Naira: Bhabi tell something na, Kyun chup ho? 

Keerthi: Haan baba, I was just thinking something else. So, you tell me what you want to do now? Stay as Kartik's friend or ......

Naira: Or kya bhabi? 

Keerthi: Or do you want him all for yourself? 

Naira was silent. She was so confused about what to tell, but one thing was sure that she wanted Kartik but she still isn't able to understand why?

Keerthi understood her situation so she didn't force Naira to answer. 

She wants Naira to take her own sweet time but so long as Kartik's engagement date will be fixed soon and once if he gets engaged with Vedika then things might get difficult between Kartik and Naira. 

But Naira will still have time till the Marriage but, come on Groom can't elope with somebody else before his marriage right? That too this is going to be the most discussed wedding in the state as the heirs of the Gupta Empire and Goenka Empire are getting married, so one mistake and can tarnish the reputation of both the families. 

So whatever Nair wants to do she has to do it at the earliest. 

The worst part is that she is not able to decode her feeling for Kartik and she has a very long road ahead. 

Keerthi: Naira suno, I understand that Kartik is very important to you but there should be an appropriate reason why Kartik should give you his complete attention. Any guy will give his first preference either to his family or his wife/girlfriend/fiancee. So Kartik has the total right to give his attention to Vedika as she is his fiancee and she deserves that. But you? You are his best friend, so you can't demand his attention until or unless you are his girlfriend or fiancee. 

Naira didn't know what to tell. 

Naira was thinking ' Me and Kartik's girlfriend? Umm.. it actually sounds good but I can't right! That guy is getting engaged and also I guess he loves Vedika. Should I tell him to be my boyfriend? But why should I ask? Wait...People only become boyfriend - girlfriend only if they love each other and Do I like Kartik? Silly girl, I guess you are overthinking? But what if he doesn't like me back?  I can't face rejection anymore.' Her thoughts were interrupted when she heard Keerthi speak. 

Keerthi: Acha Chalo, lemme give you an example, Mujhe aur Naksh ko he dekhlo, I am always his 1st preference and will always be because he loves me and I am his wife. In the same way, Naksh is my 1st preference as he is the love of my life and also my dear husband. Also if he gives anybody else that attention I will break his bones, but your brother is too good and will never do such things.  

Naira chuckles at this statement. 

Naira:  App dono bhouth cute ho bhabi! Aur app apka jo baby ayega na who bhouth lucky Hoga ki ussey itne acche parents hongey. 

Keerthi: Haha! I know right, both of us are waiting for our little bundle of joy very eagerly. Ha, aur please topic math divert Karo, we are still talking about you only. Bhag ne ki koishish math Karo! 

Naira: Bhabi I don't know what to tell? I mean only I know that Kartik is very important to me and I don't wanna lose him at all. I am not understanding what is this feeling? I've never felt like this before. But how does it matter anyway Bhabi, He loves Vedika and that is why he is getting engaged to her, so it is wrong on my part to think about him. 

Keerthi: You know what you are possessive about Kartik and we only are possessive about people whom we LOVE.  

"L-O-V-E? I don't love Kartik, but maybe Iike him and he means a lot to me. But I can't name it love! LOVE is too much of a commitment and I do this again.  "
